Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach Hotel

Gym, Rooms, cleanliness, staff

Breakfast buffet wasn?t great, just decent and they didn?t have many other breakfast options on the menu

The Bedroom the Bathroom and Showed Amazing the Dining & Bar service Excellent and Bartender was great very funny, he was a Brit like myself. I would love to Stay there again.

The price was a bit high $--- plus for two nights my bill was not quite Correct question!!

It¿s definitely a kid friendly hotel. There are two pools dedicated to kids. One is 1.5 ft and there are water slides and a jacuzzi. Then there is another pool 5 ft deep. Kids go back and forth between all of this area. Plus, a grass area for them to pla

No safes in rooms. My bill was wrong and it took a long time to make it right. They charged me for free breakfast. Don¿t leave without them correcting, I trusted them and then had to call back again.

Loved every minute of my stay! The room was great, food was fantastic, and the gym and staff were wonderful!!

Not one thing was bad.

Gym bar restaurant pool

All good

Gym,spa and basketball court

Friendly staff, great location, and comfy bed. Plus the amazing fitness center was pretty cool too.

Pretty typical hotel room when it comes to amenities. But nice shower and bed

The place was very nice. The room was great. However, there were problems. Namely, the location on the map, did not match up wit where the hotel actually was. I stopped at a computer shop to get directions and they didn't take me to the hotel.

I had a very hard time finding the hotel and had to call to get directions. Also I did not know there was an overnight parking fee. The breakfast was very good. I ate too much. However, it was very difficult to get around the area, using the toll roads.

Great workout area and sauna. Staff was very nice.

It's maybe a 3 star with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Amenities, staff is courteous, responsive and accommodating.

Parking fee; room location was good but needed a little face lift.

They gave me a queen instead of a king, the vending machine was out of order, no free ice, the ice machine out of order.

Love the size and spacious. Love that it had a massive Gym inside of it and also Starbuck/Smothie shop/ I am sure the experience would have been better if it wasnt for Covid

You were awesome.

The staff here were wonderful, even giving us two free breakfast buffets when they found out it was staycation without our kids!

Parking was very expensive, at 30 dollars a night. This is not a place in the city, its suburbia, with a giant parking structure because its also a gym. There is absolutely no reason for them to charge for parking.

Location...its so close to beach...fitness center is awesome

Menu at restaurant should expand

Loved the affiliation to the health club, the coffee-smoothie bar, with its healthy food menu, and the ease of getting around within the space. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful in both the hotel and club.

It is essential to have a mini-fridge in a hotel today. I thought that there would be one. Also, one of the drawers in our room didn't work, and the air conditioning system didn't work well. Also, the parking was very expensive.

the unit was very clean and up to date.

the a/c wasn't strong enough. The room service breakfast was not up to standards. the eggs had a terrible smell, the sausage was hard to bite in to and the waffles were stale and couldn't cut into them.

Hotel was modern, clean, in a good location and price was great. Nice products in bath. Staff very nice at check-in. Free internet was good too. I did not have time to use health club or restaurants but appreciated the availability.

Parking fee of $19 per night should have been disclosed. Room was also somewhat noisy- an alarm went off in hallway at 4am and alarm on delivery truck backing in continued for a while at 5am so needless to say I did not sleep very well.

staff were very courtiers and helpful!!

We stayed in room 2213,I think, room smelled like sewage, I think next door people were smoking grass! our room and the whole hall way smelled liked it. we had difficult time to sleep also enough towels

Fantastic location - close to lots of things to do and great dining options. Lobby bar is a nice place to hang out.

No...great place!
