Pros +
- clean and comfortable bed
- Night staff was really good and location to downtown was good
- This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I booked my room, but the incorrect date was recorded. I asked for a refund and the establishment refused, even thought this was not my mistake.
Cons -
- room is quite small, air conditioner is very loud
- No microwave in room. Breakfast was definitely subpar.
- Everything, but especially getting charged for a stay that I did not have.

No microwave in room. Breakfast was definitely subpar.

Everything, but especially getting charged for a stay that I did not have.
Very beautiful rooms and great location. It?s much more gorgeous on the inside.
The only issue we had was it?s not service dog friendly. You have to take your dog across the street which is no big deal unless it?s the middle of the night. We were also told if your dog barks you?ll have to leave. That wasn?t necessary.
It was in walking distance for all the Shop and dining
No local channel on the TV
The staff was incredible accommodating and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. The juice was warm and the eggs were cold. The area was also monopolized by a family who consumed most of the ingredients for the waffles. Not the staff's fault but closer monitoring could have helped.
The staff were amazing and very helpful on a snowy day. Great restaurant recommendations
Great little throwback Motor Inn right on Route 66 Loop on the East end of town. Easily walk to all the Restaurants and shops in Town for Dinner or a cocktail. Clean and Modern.
Cute, retro motel on a historic strip, walkable to several places to eat.
The star rating needs to be re-evaluated so as to set appropriate expectations. The place is perfectly fine, cute even, but is in no way a "5 star" hotel.
Very nice! Felt like we were staying in a cozy cabin! Comfortable, clean, convenient location, able to walk to restaurants. Would stay here again!
Loved the charm and location. Bed was comfortable.
Queen room was pretty small. Could have used a better chair. Also would have been nice to know that there was no fridge or microwave in the room Probably not room for it!
For a two bedroom unit we decided it really does need to have two bathrooms or a Jack and Jill bath. Going through the other bedroom was inconvenient.
This outstaning small hotel in Williams, AZ was a trerrific answer for an overnight stay.
Lodge on Route 66 is an independently owned motel & its clean, affordable, centrally located, the staff are friendly & make you feel right at home. I originally booked a room at a major chain hotel. My family were so happy we switched to Lodge On Route 66.
There was nothing I didnt like about Lodge on Route 66. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
Location to the activities I wanted to visit.
Breakfast wasn¿t served until 8 am and that made for a late start every day. Loud train every night around 3 am.. The bed sunk almost to the ground when you sat on it.
Quick and easy check in. Clear rooms. Breakfast is included and is pretty good.
Very small rooms. King suite can¿t fit a family (in a city that is increasingly a family destination). Kitchenette has no plates, bowls, or utensils, so it is useless besides the fridge. Air conditioner blew hot and cold randomly. Tub shower is old.
Very clean, loved the linens and warm blanket
Very small crowded rooms
It was a very nice room. Comfortable beds. Very Good location. Breakfast was Good. Remember it is an updated motel. So the review is for a motel. I love it there. It has a good vibe. And very good location. Close to train station and lots of restaurants.
The heating (AC) unit is loud. But this problem exist in four star hotels too.
The location and cleanliness.
There was an odor in the room. It smelled musky.
Location!! 45 mins from Grand Canyon. Straight shot. Walking around town u feel safe. Restaurants all over.
No..was clean and quiet.
