The location is beautiful, the staff are pleasant, the accommodations comfortable.
There was a humming mechanical sound I couldn’t locate but disturbed me.

Location with stunning view, facilities, heated pool, friendly staff, nice room.
Shower would not heat up to a nice warm temperature. It was OK on first say but then it got lukewarm/cold for the rest of the time.

The hotel was beautiful and the location and area of town were as well.
I recently stayed at what I thought would be a luxury hotel in Tucson, Arizona, with my family, and it turned out to be a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. We checked in for one night in the middle of summer, with temperatures soaring to 112°F outside, only to discover that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t functioning. At 11:30 p.m., after an uncomfortable stretch of trying to cool off, I contacted the front desk and was assured they would send a fan to our room to help. We waited. And waited. But the fan never arrived. My family and I spent the entire night tossing and turning in the sweltering heat, unable to sleep in what was supposed to be a “luxury” hotel.I understand that issues can happen, but the lack of follow-through and poor communication made the experience even worse. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected far better service and basic comforts. Unfortunately, we left feeling incredibly disappointed and regretful of our stay. After a couple days back home I decided to call the manager of the hotel to provide them with a chance to remedy the issue. The manager “Christopher or Chris” (can’t remember now) never called me back as I was told several times. Melissa in the office was helpful but her hands were tied and needed someone’s approval for any credit or a return night stay. I finally was transferred to their Accounting department and I was also told I would receive a call back after the manager was emailed. And nothing! I must have called 5 times myself that week with no positive outcome to my efforts. Not worth it!

Location and setting is beautiful, beds were very comfortable and general hotel vibe was pleasant.
Lots of small issues, no hot water at certain times of day, and needed to leave shower running for 10+ minutes to even get hot water. No housekeeping multiple days in a row, and when asking at front desk, the room was finally tended to but with a very rushed job, and no topped up towels or toilet paper (which was the only thing we actually asked for). I feel bad for the staff, as I imagine there are shortages and they are over-worked.Pretty expensive all things considered, and didn’t feel great spending $400/night for this level of service.

The hotel/resort was very nice and exquisite. It had incredibly great state of the art amenities. The rooms were updated, contemporary and clean.
Although there were multiple dining options in the resort, we could have definitely benefited from an in room microwave.

Location was nice.
Two of the pools were out for maintenance which was too bad since one was the kid pool and I have two toddlers that don’t know how to swim yet. The service was very slow at the main restaurant as well, and that was challenging. Also, I tried to set up a stay at the kids club for my kids but no one returned my phone calls/messages over a period of four days.
