Big, clean rooms

The hotel was beautifully designed. The inside is great looking. The room was nice sized. The pool and spa were nice.

My room's AC wasn't working and then it started dropping water from the ceiling soaking the carpet. They did allow me to switch rooms thank goodness. All I have to say is the hotel was full of military jerks that were drinking and smoking at the pool and had no consideration for the other guests. My son is def and was in the pool when the rude guest literally threw 2 3 inch metal cylinder tool into the pool without looking and just barely missed my son's head. I immediately reported the incident with the front desk gentleman and he did absolutely nothing. He didn't stop them or even apologize to me. I was so angry. I don't recommend staying at this particular hotel. Unless you're a 20 something individually looking for a party pad don't stay at this hotel. Plus to top it off the homeless encampment in the back parking lot freaked me out. Completely scary and you feel unsafe. Don't leave anything in your car or they'll break in and steal whatever they can get. I'm very disappointed and can't believe being a Hilton member I got treated that way.

Trees by pool make to much debris

Superficial cleanliness: light switches grubby, toilet stained, carpet sticky, shower drain plugged. (My husband opened it and cleared the hair and crud.)

The rooms have a distinct unpleasant odor. It’s an older style and has not been remodeled to current day. But they went out of their way to try to find me a room that had less problems although there were a lot of things that had to be replaced or fixed.

This hotel is very nice. Upon checking in we were given cookies. Unlike most hotels they have an elevator. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was great. The room was very nice. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing! I would stay here again.

The bar and grill onsite was expensive and the food wasn¿t very good.

The staff was excellent. I was greeted with a nice friendly smile and great personality by the gentleman at the front desk. Nice quiet rooms. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Each staff member that I encountered throughout my stay was pleasant.

There was a problem with ants around the sink area and in the microwave. The ant problem was resolved and the microwave was replaced.
