Hampton Inn & Suites Tempe/Phoenix Airport

It was very clean. Smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Location was perfect for us. Very close to Diablo's Stadium since we were there for a baseball tournament.

Room was a bit small but that's not a big deal

One thing that I did like I placed a order with GOPUFF. The staff told after 10pm packages go to desk. I was able to get my order the next morning.. thank you guys for making me feel like a tru customer thank you all..

Near location of venue we were attending. Felt safe.

The TV didn't work. Called front desk to report TV issues but no response.

The location was great for what I needed. The property and Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Felt like a safe area.

Had broken furniture, the refrigerator was plugged in on top of the desk in a charging station, you could hear through the door into adjoining room, the stairway doors were very hard to open/very loud when going through. Some maintenance is needed.

The common areas of the property appeared clean and well managed.

The towels in my bathroom appeared to be tossed onto the shelf - not neatly folded. When I grabbed one it was damp, with multiple hairs hanging from it. The floor mat, which was neatly folded on the side of the tub, was soaking wet!

Friendly front desk staff

Room was not clean. Given second room. Second room also was not clean. Manager¿s extreme resistance to providing refund even after I provided pictures and she agreed pictures showed an unclean toilet. She said I could have fabricated the pictures.

Check in staff friendly, free parking, nice rooms

Breakfast staff didn't restock, not many eating options. I get food being limited but what can be provided should be decent quality and kept restocked. If there are 3 guests in a room, bring more than 2 towels. It's the details I guess.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Edges of box spring were dirty had crumbs and stains. Tv was not working someone had to come in the room to fix.

The hotel is located close to Sky Harbor Airport and offers excellent service and modern comfortable rooms. The hotel is brand new and the staff is very welcoming and professional.

The room was clean and quiet. We did note some mildew or mold starting on the ceiling in the bathroom. The location to the airport was great.
