Looks modern/updated. Good snack selection.

Loud neighbors 11pm-1am; conditioner in the shower was empty. Would have liked an egg option for the free breakfast.

Location. Quick response when I reported a barking dog in the room next to mine.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when checking out at 4:00 a.m.

Room, environment and clean outside, next to popular shopping district.

Bathroom sink clogged, not all equipment worked in room

The bar tender was a very knowledgeable about the area and he made a great drink for the wife and myself that was 5 stars

The room was nice and clean and the lobby provided a great meeting area.

The staff would not let me back into my room and I was told that i'm not welcomed there anymore over an incident that occured.

I like the location and it was a good hotel but I requested a king bed and that is what I had a confirmation for. When I arrive at the hotel said they sold out on the king rooms so I got two queen beds instead.

One of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Lots of options in the lobby store. Updated and modern. Comfy bed and pillow options. I like that there was an extra fluffy and a flat pillow in my room.

The pool was tiny and next to the parking lot. Only one working elevator during my stay, it was small and took to long from both directions.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Also liked the location because it was next to a nice outdoor shopping center which had a lot of stores and restaurants.

Room and service, manager for breakfast buffet very helpful.

ofcation was not as close to ASU as we thought but you "wowed" with excellent service. You might want to put some energy into talking or working with Google Maps as your location is wrong hurts Uber and Lyft locating you as well.

Really lovely staff members, at desk and housekeeping.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. It is in a great location. Fairly affordable. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The bed was so comfortable and not lumpy like many hotels. The bathroom was superbly clean and well stocked with amenities. I will definitely stay again and recommend.
