HWS Phoenix Tempe ASU Area

The breakfast was not up to par. Bacon was the best thing on the breakfast line, but the staff could not keep up with the demand. I waited about five to ten minutes before asking for some bacon, but then was told they were not making any more.

The size of my suite, all the activities available at the hotel games, basketball hoops, corn hole etc. , very friendly service and reasonably priced

The blankets were not comfortable and the chairs looked dirty also the tub did not look scrubbed.

Comfortable, large, clean rooms, excellent staff.

No. It was perfect.

The breakfast is wonderful - many items to choose from and a large area to eat. The rooms that are suites are very comfortable and spacious to spread out. The staff was very friendly and the front desk always had a staff member there. Plenty of parking.

The only thing I would say is that it is in the flight path of Sky Harbor Airport, so there was definitely some airport noise.

How beautiful the decor was, and neat and clean the lobby was, the staff was great: hotel employee who checked me in was awesome. And hotel employee went above and beyond and made my experience a wonderful one.

Breakfast was ok. Facility was nice Minus huge crack in our walls Curtains were broken too. No black out

Pool and courtyard were closed. Main reason I booked with you. The kid who checked us in was very rude Construction in the am was so loud my son couldn¿t nap. And there was trash from previous guest on the floor near nightstand. Not sanitized ew

Free breakfast, clean Pool, grill area.

Great location and very comfortable with a great breakfast! The room was spacious and clean.

At times, I could hear a nearby t.v. and a barking dog. It was a bit annoying but if you turn on the fan it pretty much covered the noises.

Proximity to shopping, freeway access, and ASU.

The staff wasn't very helpful, the beds were hard, it's RIGHT under a flight path.

Clean and a well Appointed kitchen

Location is great and felt safe

Excelente service

No free wifi unless you subscribe.

Kindness of staff

No hot breakfast, but understood under the circumstances.

Staff

Had everything.

Property was clean and breakfast was provided. I liked that the property had games and a small store at check-in desk

Rooms were a little older looking. Carpet, etc.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was nice and clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Woke up with a back ache. And the shower water wouldn't drain.

Location

Needs updating. Our room had wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, dirty around that or mold, kitchen cabinets was chipping as well. Anytime we took a hot shower the fire alarm went off. Too close to bathroom and fan didn’t work at all. Layout was odd. Pool was like a motel and gate didn’t work. Had to have another patron let me in. Just overall not what I’d expect for what we paid.

Breakfast was excellent with many options.Comfortable bed, roomy suiteLocation right next to the Tempe Marketplace with easy access to the walking trail along the river.

Front desk staff could have been friendlier.Bathroom wallpaper damaged and lifting off.
