Great location and fantastic staff. Additionally, having the shuttle for travel to and from the airport is very nice.

The hotel location was a great. Room was clean and very nice. All the hotel staff were very nice. Said hello when they saw you. Brunch at hotel was good. Loved the valet parking approach.

No crazy on off fan noises coming from HVAC. Good temperature control in room. The pillows were actually quite good. Two jacuzzis which aren?t even listed in the amenities. Early check in (possibly because of low occupancy).

Very clean and roomy. Staff went over and above with any issues. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Shuttle staff very accommodating.

If you are next to a person who is noisy or talks loud you hear it, the hotel does offer to move you

The location.

The rooms were dark, bed was hard and the bed frames leather had rips in it. The online pictures gave false perception of the hotel overall.

The orange trees, water foundations, roof top pool, breakfast, service and staff. It was a dream, and don¿t plan many returns to the same hotel, but this is a hands down, I¿m coming back! So lovely for families and not too busy!

Just that I would have chose. A terrace/balcony view of the courtyard if given the option, ans didn¿t see the option anywhere. Rooms were a little small for 2 double beds.

Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. Courtyard was gorgeous.

The barn door style bathroom door left a gap you could see through and didn’t help with sound at all. Beds were small (get cozy). Parking lot full of large storage containers, reducing spots.

Absolutely beautiful! Entrance is exceptional with the huge palm trees and fountain! Courtyard is wonderful with orange trees, green grass and palms! Lobby is beautiful. A wonderful place to stay! Location is great!

My only disappointment was the double beds in the room. What? No queens at all? How many people who share a bed actually sleep in a double bed?

The location in Tempe was great for walking around town. Also the hotel was perfectly Arizona for a couple from Michigan.

Location, Location, Location. Everything was within walking distance. We valet parked our vehicle the first night when we arrived, and didn't need it the rest of the weekend!! How awesome is that.

My quiet and spacious room had lovely furnishings. The grounds were lovely; the staff friendly and helpful. The location was central for Tempe and convenient to Phoenix and Scottsdale. The shuttle van and car rental on the premises were great!

The only restaurant open for dinner is more of a sports bar than a real restaurant, and has a very limited menu with no vegetarian options. I started getting take-out from the many restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel, rather than eating there.

They upgraded me to a suite. Customer service was exceptional.

The restaurant and room service end at midnight.

Location was great. Clean, well kept grounds, nice property.

The pool was right out the door, made it so easy to go and enjoy the water and get back to the room

Blood stain on the bedding and front desk was rude.

Perfect location, reasonably priced fir all it had to offer.
