AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown

The clean modern decor. Efficient use of space.

Could hear the plumbing/flushing of neighboring rooms. They charged for parking.

Location and we have stayed there before.

We stayed there before and my room was a lot cleaner. Needs a thorough cleaning need more towels and sheets they were dingy and dirty room. I think the staff was overwhelmed front desk and the cleaning crew. They need more than one person per room.

The toilet in our room, very uncomfortable and the lid is very heavy and loud. The handle in the shower is right where you stand under the shower head so I hit my elbow on it hard. Plus the lighting was not good by the front door and the bathroom

Very noisy from road nearby. Room was very sterile not very warm/inviting

I liked that it was large and comfortable the bed was very nice. I liked the Bar staff two men one from Micronesia and another bartender male both were very nice, talkative and made me feel welcome it was a good experience.

The fact that I had to pay for parking and walk with my bags was inconvenient. At a hotel parking should be included not added on to the room fee. That is tacky and for the cost of the room I paid it should have been complimentary

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the room was beautiful and very clean the staff was so friendly and helpful, the showers are large and that was a huge plus since it also had a shower head on the top.

The pool looked a little cloudy so we skipped the pool when we stayed.

Ran out of toilet paper and it took them two hours to replace

They did not have the king suite we requested and paid for even though we booked a month early. Arguing with the front desk and not having instant access to a manager (Brittany) kept us from making the baseball game we had tickets for. Major disappointmen

See above. And they said you would refund the first nights stay as we had an awful room not a king suite as promised.

Good location

Was placed in an ADA room without notifying us. When you don't need those resources it was surprisingly really inconvenience for our stay. Would have requested a new room but it was a one night stay

That it was very convenient to the Marquee and very very clean and organized staff was amazing.

Very easy to get to and noce to be close to the lake

Cleaning service needed 24 hrs advance notice

Everything, it was a beautiful room, nice setup, beautiful bathroom, good water pressure, great beds....Awesome! We will definitely be back!

NO Vending machines, too many people hanging out in the front parking, which should only be for guests checking in. I noticed some cars were parking there and basically partying, I couldn't find a parking to check in!

Location was perfect. The canal view was amazing from the room. Staff were so happy and accommodating.

Food choices were t the greatest. Had to be switched to another room due to my bathroom door being broken. Couldn’t use the bathroom during the night and had to struggle to get into it during the morning

Parking was $50!!!! That's outrageous! I would recommend it to people but I will tell them to pay for parking somewhere else and Uber there. That's cheaper.
