Bar opens late and our bathroom needed a facelift.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Pool was dirty, one elevator was broken, the other was sketchy and was feeling rough as if it was going to breakdown, previous hair on the bathroom floor

I did not like that. Our toilet didn?t work. Our sink didn?t work. The AC didn?t work and they didn?t inform us of the incident hold on the card.

Great location

Pet friendly. My wife is allergic to dogs and cats. She was not aware of this policy. She started to react after only a few minutes. I never understand how people are so rude to put others in discomfort.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was more like a resort style. They offered so much to do warm swimming, gym with a platon, ¿¿ pool table and a Bar on site. The rooms are big and one of the most comfortable beds if stayed at in a hotel with plenty of pillows

They had really loud music playing in the lobby on that Friday night and I could hear it in my room on the 2nd floor

Once I walked in I should of left ,dirty carpet when I came walking through , asked for directions cleaning girl didn¿t know English, once I got my room within 3 hours the ac started clanking couldn¿t sleep cl, got another room all I heard was mufflers

Room wasn¿t cleaned properly. Found a bag of viagra pills on the side of the bed from a guest before me. Requesting refund.

Staff were friendly, A/C worked well. Interest was fast & free.

I liked the ability to bring my large dog to stay with me even though this time i did not travel with him.

Feels like an island at times. Everything is kind of far away. If i wanted to go anywhere i would need to call a taxi service to travel. Walking anywhere is very exhausting.

I love the layout. The shower. Wish it had microwave. There is room for it. But I¿ve stayed here twice last minute and both times turned out to be a fortuitous experience. ¿¿

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and the bed comfy. Shower was also nice it was just dirty and falling apart. Nice size fridge. Area to buy snacks. Pool area was pretty.

No microwave for how expensive it is that was crazy. The comforter had a burn mark in it and all they did was turn it upside down, all fixed? Lol there¿s no breakfast either The upgrades were cheap and falling apart everything seemed very poorly done.

My room has no hot water in the shower, no trash can, there¿s an iron but no iron board and the staff were not very nice. They seem to not care of the guest complaints and said there¿s nothing they can do about it! I don¿t recommend the hotel at all.

Everything looked clean and fresh in the room and around the entire hotel. I also liked the proximity of hotel to ASU since I was there to drop off my son.

No shuttle service to airport
