This is hotel that I wouldn¿t recommend for my friends

There was no hinge on the door so you couldn¿t lock it the bathroom hook was broken the sink by the bathroom smelled really bad nobody came to vacuum the swimming pool what is dirty there was no breakfast like they advertised and they still charge me 6.48

Nothing wasnt able to stay due to ridiculous $200 cash only deposit. Wasnt told until after dealing with customer service that there was a $75 card deposit option the day after our reservation that we were not able to keep nor get our money back.

Front desk manager Trey. Went to speak with the day after to try n get a refund since we were unable to stay, to be met with a rude manager who wouldnt help nor give information to his boss or even corporates number. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

the bed was comfortable and ac was worked

there were so many broken items, one of the wires of the lamp were hanging out of the wall and plugged in which is very dangerous, the fridge was full of ice and smelled like mild do, The worst part was the staff were the rudest people I have ever met

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Confused it for the same named hotle on chandlwr boulevard. It was horrible. The front desk guy was good though.

No suites, pool was green like a swamp. The room was dirty. The shower had accessible shower and no where to hang the shower head. You had to hold it the entire shower. Window was cracked and covered across most of it. I could go on or just dont stay here

Location was great. Staff was nice.

No breakfast or pool. These were advertised throughout entire stay. Hotel was run down! AC stunk terribly. Lots of dogs in hotel. Front rooms were noisy from traffic. Garbage in parking lot. Many missing items in room. Not a 3*!

NASTY. Pool looked radioactive, Reception smelled as they clean it with the bathroom mop. Carpet in the room sticky, toilet seat smaller than the toilet opening. White spots in the sofa. DON'T Ever book this hotel. I wanted to run away. Worst hotel stay.

Close to where I needed to be. Bed was okay.

My room was for four people and we only had two towels. There was no outlet near the bed, one of the outlets didn¿t quite work, when we kept trying to plug in something that outlet it would fall out. Smelled like smoke in the hallway

I did not like anything about my hotels experience. My room was dirty, it smelled (inside and outside) of my room the bathroom did not have towels . The pool and hot tub was not working .

I did not like anything about this hotel the entire experience was terrible. .I will never stay in a hotel or partner of such again . I have called multiple times and sent emails and no response. Very disappointed.

The hotel was extremely disappointing! It was advertised as a 3 star hotel, it was not. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, the pool was green and not usable, there were cracks and what appeared to be bullet holes in the windows. I have pictures.

It was close to my class

Room was in bad shape. The bathroom door had holes in it and the door was pulling apart. The drapes were in bad shape with parts of it just hanging. I would never stay there again.

Staff was very helpful with getting clean sheets and taking note of all things wrong with room.

Hawthorne used to be a upscale hotel. This hotel is run down and needs to be updated. Our room had mustard on the sheets, so housekeeping did not change sheets. Bathroom door was broken, as was in the mini kitchen was destroyed by previous guest.

I liked that a suite was offered

The hotel was in disrepair. The bathroom tub was chipped and painted over many times and large chips were visible. Curtains had large grease handprints on them. The rug was dirty and I did not walk on it without my shoes. The towels had a musty smell.bad

Filthy room and common areas , no breakfast offered not even a pre packed muffin, no coffee in lobby. No coffee maker or cups or dishes in room,what good is a kitchenette if no dishes etc?asked for help severa times and was treated like it did not mater.

I hated everything. It is a disgusting, filthy hole. Please save yourself misery and poor treatment, pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

Price and location

It's an older motel and is showing its age. Maintenance is sloppy.

Location. Cheap.

Desk staff except for mid afternoon early evening fella. Missing bulbs smoke detector by sink food on walls no daily housekeeping of clean towels. No emptying of garbage. Staff parks in front of main doors. Motorcycle and black Chevy 4x4.

Location is very convenient if looking for an overnight stay.

The hotel charges their security deposit and refunds it back to your card (less any fees). They charge an extra security fee per night that I didn't get back. Felt very deceptive how that fee came through. Lots of homeless in the general area.

There was nothing likable about this hotel

The hotel was dirty. 30min standing in lobby before anyone from hotel appeared. After researching location someone was shot there a week ago. Appears to be alot of drug activity & housing. I will NEVER stay there again. 5 years ago same hotel was great

The staff is very friendly.

It is badly in need of renovation. Some of the staff wore masks, almost none of the guest did. I was told it was a nightmare to enforce.

Smoke detector we're missing shower was leaking carpet was dirty counters were not wiped down room smelled of smoke front clerk was rude overall experience just not good bad part about it I have been there before I won't go again
