Wonderful staff; friendly and accomodating.

The rooms are extremely sterile looking, reminded me of a hospital or something.

The hotel seemed clean and the pool was warm

Since we didn't request room cleaning, we didnt get fresh towels and coffee packets. I had to go down and ask for this. I understood the desk clerk to say that we would still get fresh towels.

It looked newly renovated and the beds were comfortable.

Some of the towels were yellowish, old looking and the walls are thin so noise from other guests are very noticeable.

The location and staff were terrific.

The bed was not as comfortable as most Hampton Inn hotels. It felt as if you were sleeping on very hard cardboard. Perhaps it was just our room and the mattress was ready for replacement. The floor needed mopping and there was a leak under the sink.

We requested maid service, they never came the whole 3 days. Also the A/C was so loud it wakes you up every time it comes on. I wouldn¿t stay there again.

Very nice rooms, breakfast was served although I didn't make it to any of them - it is still a nice benefit. The housekeeping staff caught me in the hallway and asked if there was anything I needed. I really appreciated that.

Noise. There was train noise & highway noise. I would get a room at the back of the hotel. There was also construction going on in the parking lot.

We checked in around 9pm and the lady who checked us in was very informative and pleasant to talk to. She made our experience great. The breakfast was good. We got a room on the ground floor and it was convenient and clean. It was quiet and we felt safe

Staff always cleaning and sanitizing. Awesome location. Appreciate the breakfast and to go boxes. The water filtration station and ice machine on the ground floor is really helpful!

They have self service ice machines.
