Hilton Garden Inn Surprise

I liked the modern room and shower especially. The breakfast was amazing

When we arrived after alot of traveling. The young man at the desk blurted out he has no rooms available for early check in. And his tone aggravated us after traveling all day. He should have first asked us how our travels were and offer water

Plenty of parking, quiet, amazing staff.

I enjoyed the apparent recent renovation and the breakfasts were great!?

The AC machine was very noisy and difficult to regulate.

The friendliness of the front desk staff. It was Caleb¿s first day and he did great.

I was warmly greeted by someone at the reception desk that remembered me from a couple of years ago.

The room design is perfect to meet the needs of travelers. Simple yet spacious - lots of counterspace, large shower with quality amenities. Desk staff went above and beyond to accomodate us when their computers were offline.

Newer (4 years old). Close to Tennis Complex. Near quality restaurants.

Not real fond of cumbersome barn door for bathroom. Low water pressure in shower.

Comfortable beds and quiet rooms...The bar and breakfast were very convenient.

Breakfast was no free, nor was the coffee, no do not disturb signs or do not clean room signs available. sheets felt like paper, and pillows felt like pillow protestor was on it.

I love the rooms, so clean and relaxing.

The bar and the restaurant was closed due to Covid. It would’ve been nice if this was posted somewhere when I made the reservation

The room we originally got was not clean so they assigned a new room within a couple doors from the 1st one. The room and everywhere in the hotel was clean and neat.

You couldn't lock the bathroom door and we did not get our room made up every day.

The staff were very nice and helpful. This is a newer hotel so the rooms are updated and clean.

This seems common to a number of hotels in the area, but I don't understand why they do not have covered parking. It's way too hot in Arizona not to offer some shade for your car.
