Best thing i liked was keaving

It was filthy , bathroom flooded while using the shower , wife slipped on the wet floor. Was told by front desk I should not have been given that room it was marked out of service. I paid for a king bed and got a full size

Water all over the bath room floor from a leaking shower head. Reported and cleaned up the mess.

Window broken and covered by a plastic sheet, tv not working, no telephone.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to visit, location is what attracts us

Absolutely everything. Hotel was beyond dirty! When you shower and walk across the floor to get your clothes, your feet are black! The lighting in the rooms Absolutely suck! It was so dark! You have 2 pillows per bed. Sheets were dirty. Towels were thin.

Very quiet place with a clean comfortable room. Right in the middle of Springerville with easy access to the area.

It had a bed

The floors were not flat. Zero hot water, at all. Like no hot water anywhere. There were no lights by the bed, had to walk in the dark to the bed, and no plugs by the bed to charge my phone. Hitel should be demo'd to build new hotel in its place

The staff was heroically amazing. were sking had an emergency lost everything we owned. I called the hotel told them what happened and they literally offered to help us as human beings!BlessYouAll! We felt safe and truly comfy! HOT WATER SHOWERS YES!!!

The Staff was very friendly.

No warm water to take a shower, when we asked about it they told us we needed to let the water run for about an hour then it would be fine. I was also told because of this i would receive a 15% discount on my stay which hasn't happened yet.

construction going on in second floor above my room.pounding and noise going on during day and in early morning hours, impossible to get any sleep.

The bed was great..it was quiet..Staff very friendly..

The staff, evening & morning, were very, very nice & helpful. The room was nicely appointed, furnished. The bathroom showed some signs of wear. Cigarette burn on the tub, but that's what you get when you allow smokers in the world. Carpet was decent.

Tap water had a sulfur smell, but what can a community do? Despite little paper signs saying we should all work to conserve water, the toilet flapper was problematic, allowed leakage unless the flush handle was jiggled after some flushes.

The night guys were amazing and very helpful. Daytime staff was rude and made me bever want to come back

Daytime staff are RUDE and have no desire to help guests

They use extremely strong smelling chemicals to clean the hotel, toxic I might say. TV didn¿t work till maintenance rebooted it. Ice maker was broken.

For an old hotel it has been remodeled and updated. Room was nicer than some 3 and 4 star hotels that I have stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all. I was very impressed with everything about the El Jo.

It was clean and was perfect for family.

The door between the rooms does not lock and tge bathromm was in the room with double beds
