The staff was friendly and the pillows were great!

The shower was not the cleanest- there was built up gunk in the corners.

Easy access

Rude desk clerk. We were dresses very casually for traveling, (jeans and t-shirts), and the desk clerk treated us as if we didn't belong there. She even asked if I was sure my credit card would cover the $100 deposit for room charges.

Great staff; very nice room...clean, well maintained; wonderful breakfast. Well kept common areas.

Very poor sound insulation in walls and ceilings/floors. For 4 days sounded like a herd of elephants in room above. I won't stay here again unless I can be guaranteed a room on the 3rd floor, in which case I would rate the hotel a 10 out of 10.

the price of extra stay over the weekend when there was hardly any occupancy. If the price was lowered because of the occupancy decrease I think I would have stayed longer for sure.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and the field and creek next door were amazing. I travel internationally and domestically and I would put this room and experience at the top of my list. We will certainly be back to stay!

Rm 109 is without a doubt the worst located room in this hotel. First floor next to the office. Bright lights that could not be blacked out. Tried to move mid stay, they wouldn't or couldn't. Not good

My Issue was Hotel charging $100 Deposit for the room , Also it took 2 days s to get that back in my account. Normally Deposits are $40.

The employees where nothing but the absolute BEST. Staff who checked us in was fantastic and friendly. My husband left his wallet and cash in a drawer after checkout and we received a call that it was left and they have it at the front desk. So honest!

The staff. Pleasant, easy check-in, Check-out. Also, offered water at the front desk when the vending machine didn’t have any.

Went for romantic one night getaway. Was going to rent cabin, but trip was spare moment and didn’t want to stay for two nights. Room sheets smelled like bleach. The view was of the main freeway. Room wasn’t very “romantic.” Very brown/dated. Meh

Lovely staff, spotless room.

I desperately wanted to open my window to the cool mountain air, but the window was sealed shut (despite still having latches). Not a big deal, just a disappointment. Balconies on the view-side of the hotel would have been nice.

Breakfast buffet. They did not put out a great amount of each food, but replenished frequently, so it was always fresh and hot.

Was a bit pricey.

Cleanliness. The breakfast was great and coffee available throughout the day. The river view with horse pasture behind the hotel was gorgeous.

It was to expensive for what we got.we stayed at a Hampton Inn in Liberal Kansas and had a suite for less money.

We stayed in the balcony suite for our anniversary and could not have been happier. Our room was beautiful and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very good.
