Quality Inn Show Low

There were bugs in our room and the staff refused to clean it or offer us another room. I would never recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness was an issue, quite dirty. Noisy metal bed frames were unpleasant. The floor separating the rooms is old and extremely loud when occupants above. Walls are thin. Low quality and thin structure in general.

Stag was helpful and kind, room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable.

VERY small room. The staff was adequate for checking in but was impersonal, not present at the front desk when needed, and just not helpful or available overall.

Bathroom in lobby/breakfast area was out of toilet paper two days in a row. Soaps for shower in rooms were extremely small.

It was Christmas and the hotel had maybe 3 people and they put one right next door to me with a barking dog. Other than that it was nice

The hotel staff was very courteous. The hotel was updated and I found it to be exceptionally clean, including the grounds.

My room was near the road and you can hear some traffic noise.

Refridg in room didn't work & desk clerk didn't care. Lost food & milk items because of this. Diff with stairs & wouldn't change room to 1st floor.

Mild in the shower but no problem the shower curtain fell down! TV didn?t work, needed to have person from the desk come down and she had to call someone else to come in Breakfast was measly and coffee was brown water. Don?t go there!!!

Nothing! Manager would not give me a copy of my bill. Then said he would email copy but never did

The room smelled and there was no breakfast like advertised manager made you feel like you were bothering him! And I shouldn¿t have to beg for receipt

It was quiet and that's always a plus. Beds looked clean and was able to fall asleep quickly. So they ate very comfortable.

Some of the lightbulbs did not work and there was a good layer of dust. The fan/heater was so old. Some of the buttons were melted

The room was amazing. Have a big dog and he had no trouble getting around. Staff was very helpful and available.

Clean, comfortable, convenient with excellent management.

It¿s centrally located for our occasion. Parking lot needs a lot of improvement but it looks like they were working on it

Beds are small but comfy.
