Matterhorn Inn

This Hotel and staff far exceeded any expectations that we had,it was a completely excellent experience.The view from our room and patio was beyond belief.All of the shops,cafe's and restaurants are all within walking distance.We will absolutly return. :)

We loved everything about the Matterhorn Inn.

Remodeled rooms and the nice rain shower

A bit over priced and we got there and they had serviced the hot tub that morning so it was still a bit cold that night we stayed.

Exceeded our Expectations!! The views were spectacular. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, which was the perfect spot for a beautiful sunrise. Staff was more than helpful and recommended perfect spots to explore to meet are interests. Will return!

Everything was great! Location was perfect. Appreciate the dedicated parking.

I was surprised that the front desk was only open limited hours, but since we didn't need anything, it did not affect us.

The bed was uncomfortable. The key wouldn't work. We had front staff Try and she worked on it for a good five minutes.She said the keys were tricky.You had to play with them so we did every time. We could here everyone in rooms next to us.walls very th

Staff was excellent, Hotel employee took the time to answer all our questions. Perfect for downtown Sedona! Shops, restaurants and brewery steps away. Views were stunning and enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony (it was February!

Only thing was the volume on the tv was poor.

There was an error in the reservation. It did not include our child and had no rollaway bed. I called the hotel right away and the staff said they would change the room to two double beds. On arrival the room had not been changed and only had one bed.

The hotel is a bit dated but the cleanliness more than made up for it!

The location that afforded us an awesome view of downtown Sedona.

The chairs in the upper room all have seats that are not attached to the frame. I almost fell off one.

Great huge condo type room! Perfect location to uptown shops and easy to get anywhere in Sedona from here. Staff was amazing and sweet!

Conversation and a fix it response. Will not recommend to others. Someone should teach them to smile, and be welcoming. WeReceived the opposite plus combative.

Perfect location right in town, rooms clean and comfortable, bathroom large and rooms large. Front desk very helpful , easy check in and out! Free parking. Def an awesome place to stay

We were there for 4 days / 3 nights and we had a card with our cleaning lady’s name in the room but no one cleaned the room any day we were there whatsoever. I am not sure if I was told this though in advance? But we didn’t really mind at all since we had enough towels and didn’t mind the bed not being made (just was 2 of us), just was a little odd. Besides that everything perfect !

The view was incredible. Location is perfect walking distance to everything in Uptown. Restaurants shopping right there within steps. To get to all the sites was just a quick drive. Perfect location

We had to go ask for towels and coffee. Would have been nice to have them ask us if we needed anything.
