Incredible views, location and service.

Location, food, Concierge was very helpful

The servers in the restaurants were all very friendly but could have been a bit more attentive

The views of the red rocks of Boynton Canyon are spectacular from every place on the property. This is the most visually stunning location I have stayed at anywhere in the United States. The staff went out of their way to make our stay great.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, located in the best spot in Sedona. The hotel offers an incredible atmosphere and experience!

I love everything about this hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It is just minutes to the best hiking place ever. The service is 5 plus star hotel. From parking to calling golf card if you need it. The only thing its needed is spa that is in the sister hotel in front of of this one, and you need to pay a lot for using their spa. Tennis courts, swimming pool, all these are great for summer vacation there.

The place

Food was not good. Breakfast not good. Dinner not the level I expect in that type of hotel. I found it inconvenient to have to call the gif cart to move.

The location was the only positive of this property.

Several disappointing factors of this property: when we checked in their was a tall young lady cannot recall name but do remember her name badge saying she was from New Zealand she was so unwelcoming and no warmth to her. She was actually rude definitely not a spot for her to be working at the resort! Let’s move on to the bed place 39c that the one side of mattress has a big divot and was the worst sleep of my husband’s time as he took one for the team to take that side. When I spoke to the New Zealand young lady she stated sorry nothing can do as resort was busy. WOW definitely not good service. And then we will move on to the overall service like the individuals riding the golf carts who had no courtesy to ask if we would like a ride to our place in the dark late night evenings and they would just be driving and looping around with no one in them. Thankfully we are young and this was on the lower end of concerns but if you are older would not be good. For the money you pay you definitely can find better places to stay in Sedona!

Location and staff.The Trailhouse store and staff was amazing.

Front desk apparently miss placed a package and it was not delivered to my room. I called daily to request the package and they weren’t able to deliver it.

everything was peaceful, beautiful views, air, vortex. You really dont have to leave the resort ! Hiking opportunities are many, the pool is excellent.

Loved the "golf carts" making travel around the resort much easier. All your staff was superb.The views are breath taking.

The food was good, but not fabulous. The breakfast at the spa was our favorite.Finding a shady spot by the pool was almost impossible.

Everything! This resort is fabulous! Gorgeous location, great food and wonderful staff. I didn't want to leave!

Excellent, high-quality resort with very good restaurants, all set within magnificent surroundings. Service was attentive and facilities were wide-ranging.

In our rooms (116 & 118) the double beds were quite small and without side tables.

The casitas need modernization

It’s set in the most magnificent surrounding , the ground , pool and facilities are outstanding

The room are slightly dark and old , the Murphy bed very small

Stunning in every direction you look. The casitas are comfortable and have a south western feel that makes for an experience of being surrounded by red rocks. We traveled with our 2 year old and we loved our time here!

Well maintained and welcoming, with excellent spa and massage services. The spa supervisor was very helpful and he helped rework the treatment schedule based on my changing plans.

Just wish gym had more equipment and machines for working out.

Prime location! Beautiful views and easy access to popular trails. Casitas are very spacious as well.

The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. Our whole group didn’t sleep so well.

The property itself and its setting is magical. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They were courteous and pleasant.

Our one negative experience was in the fitness center. A guest was on his phone for 20 minutes in a voice that made his conversations were audible to all of us. He wasn’t using any of the equipment. A sin with a reminder that cell phones are not permitted.

The location for hiking was great. The views from the pool and restaurant was beautiful. Maid service spectacular. Food was excellent .

The spa was fully booked for the entire weekend so I couldn’t get even one treatment. The room we had had a door to in adjacent room and the people were quite loud and you could hear it through the door.
