- Staff was friendly, professional, and happy to help out. The rooms were super clean, up-to-date, and comfortable.
- The amenities and the soaking tub were perfect, our room was prime location and close to all the main attractions
- The staff and how clean the room was. The rooms themselves were nice. Ours appeared to be one of the newly renovated ones. We liked that they used reusable pumps for the soaps in the bathroom.

- The property was under construction while we were there, so it was loud sometimes. Unsure if the people above us were guests or if they were workers.
- Flies in the room and there were no exterior lights during the night for the patios/balcony
