It¿s all been outdated and all about selling membershipsThey didn¿t tell us that the restaurants were closing so early and we were hungry so we checked out PDQ in the morning the only saving grace is it¿s close to the pink Jeep Tours

It was small. Looked a little worn. No view. Fitness room opens too late. And many of the outlets did not work in the room. It was centrally located, so that was good.
Excellent staff and location
The bathroom was below expectations for the star level. It is a residence club, so it's understandable that priority is given to members, but it is in need of an upgrade.
Common or activities buildling. I liked kitchen and laundry, pool table and plenty of space. Convient location

Spacious and centrally located in sedona, the Hyatt has also restaurants on site, pool and business center. Definitely very comfortable when traveling with the family.
A few updates in the kitchen needed - old dishwasher opening against a drawer. Nothing major.

The carpet and furniture in the room were unacceptably dirty (in particular the armchair and the carpet).It smelled.

We were looking for a hotel experience and the owner desired a resort customer. Also...we had to hand port our heavy luggage to our second level room...no elevator.

Just don't bring any blacklights. I found questionable stains on the bed and 2 out of 3 couches.
The resort is located within walking distance of the main tourist area with shops and restaurants. Also, the resort is located a half mile from several hiking trails. The room was very spacious.
I wasn't thrilled with being pressured to join the resort vacation club, but unfortunately all resorts do that.
Clean comfortable beautiful views easy parking
$45 per night resort fee. This is supposed to be a RESORT! Why do you have to pay extra for what a RESORT implies??
