Location, design, amenities, friendly staff & on site restaurant were all excellent!

The room with two queen beds only had one small stool for seating.

Clean and comfortable room, nice grounds, good location.

I did not request housekeeping on the first 2 mornings of my stay. I requested it and expected it on the third. Housekeepers never came and when I returned to the room that evening, the trash had not been removed, towels not replaced, bed unmade. Evening staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. Annoying.

The night shift person at the reception was quite rude, we checked in late and she was very grumpy

The location was good for our needs. The room was good (clean and comfortable) and had a good coffee machine :-). The grounds of the hotel were very nice. The management of the hotel was in transition and the manager of site was extremely nice and helpful in getting us through the check-in process (see below).

The check-in process was over complicated, I think mainly due the management if the hotel being in transition. Car parking was also a bit complicated ($10 permit needed) although the manager allowed us to park overnight in a staff space . I'm sure these issues will be sorted out once the new ownership is fully established.

Rooms were clean

The self check-in process was a nightmare. Was not able to complete without some help from a young man named Seth. If it wasn't for him I would still be at the kiosk trying to check in. Was not working properly and wasn't able to do it on my phone.

It's the most lovely little place. Clean, very good restaurant and cocktailbar next to it. Very good location. I would stay there again.

I wish it would have been made clear beforehand, that there is no human staff around. If you have (as a tourist) no internet connection the check in is very difficult up to impossible without help. (If you know it and arrange some WiFi spot it is easy enough!)And it would be nice to have a guard person for the night. I woke 2 times from people screaming and hollering and banging against doors in the middle of the night. Perhaps the very decent price point attracts people you don't really want to attract with such a nice facility.The complementary breakfast, on the other hand, is a joke.(Coffee and waffles in cellophane)Anyhow, I would stay there again.

Room was silent at night and fairly clean. Check-out was fast and easy.

Got a lot of emails after booking, some of them with outdated (wrong) information, such as regarding parking.No parking was available, so forced to find a spot on the street. Guy in reception was kind but extremely slow and ultimately entirely unhelpful.Too much light from routers and devices in the room, lighting up the entire room at night, so had to hang up t-shirts and socks to block the lights enough to sleep.Breakfast is tea or coffee and a waffle wrapped in plastic.

Location was great for my needs. Room features and size was nice.

zero human interaction. everything was done via text/internet or in house robot. assigned parking space was silly as lot was only 20% in use and space assigned was significant distance from room. Advertised breakfast consisted of either one high sugar artificial pastry or date/nut/egg chewy bar with sign indicating only one item per person. Only streaming TV available, no over the air or cable/dish?
