Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, Scottsdale

The pool was awesome.

The room was so small that I could barely turn around without running into something there was no room to walk around the bed and nowhere to put my luggage. The tv in the room was so small and there was nowhere to put my clothes.

The rooms are comfortable and the activities are fun.

I would prefer an indoor food option, but it was not a deal breaker.

I liked the outdoor hot tub

Our room with hot tub was given to someone else when we checked in. the front desk clerk and manager stated that was because we did not call and request a hot tub in the room. 3rd time coming here, never happened before. totally disappointed!

We had a nice stay at Sheraton Desert Oasis. We stayed here for 5 days, arriving on Christmas day. The hotel is well arranged, has a pool and fitness gym in addition to games in the outdoor area (foosball, table tennis, etc.).

Only one restaurant by the pool with limited options for food. On our arrival (given that it was Christmas), the restaurant was closed. A car or Lyft/Uber is needed to get around (not close to anything). Cleaning service was only on Day3 of our stay.

I don't want to oversell this place but it's amazing. We stay at a lot of nice resorts but some things simply separate this resort from others. The boutique size, courtyards, fountains and epic swimming pool all fit and flow together so well.

Location was perfect with private parking. Pretty villa, quiet. We felt very safe in the area. Our family really enjoyed the pool, movie night at the pool, and fitness room. The kids loved ordering from the grill. Staff was quick to deliver needed items.

Sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. We wish the grill by the pool was open into the evening. Our room keys were deactivated 2.5hrs prior to check out which was very inconvenient and inconsiderate.

The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. The unit is well equipped with everything you need, they have a great pool, and the location is ideal.

I perceived the concierge to be a bit pushy in wanting to sell me a timeshare.

Room, amenities, grounds were nice and met our needs.

Location was not suitable for walking to shopping and restaurants. Had to have transportation. Would look for other options , better price on future trips.

WiFi was pretty bad. On and off, unreliable. Limited activities for children.

The location and the staff were amazing. From the time we checked in we were made to feel very welcome and valued.

There were a ton of mosquitos on the ceiling when we first arrived. We spent about an hour trying to kill them all.

The faculty was friendly and prompt in service, the room was clean, the room was perfect, loved the balcony and view. Absolutely wonderful

Beautiful, roomy villa; outstanding waterfall pool and huge cave spa; employees very friendly and accommodating.

A little pricey, but comparable to other prices.

Customer service all the way from the front desk to the pool bar staff and everyone in between was friendly and efficient. The free parking was a nice perk. Room layout is well thought out. We can¿t wait to stay here again!

After staying at the hotel for 10 days they would not allow us a late checkout on our final day. They blamed it on covid, but from former reviews that I read, they never allowed anyone a late checkout.

Check in was quick and pleasant. Pool was nice, not crowded and has a waterfall which was nice. Kitchen equipped. Was able to grill with ample space and privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Patio is kept up with and clean.

Not very pleasant when asking for a 30 minute late self checkout. (Checkout is 10am)

My only concern was that the young lady at the front desk would not provide us a later check out when it was requested.

My room was small right next to the playground literally. Awful room to get. Most rooms have a fireplace. Not mine. My room was awful. Very disappointing with the price I paid. Ridiculous. Will never recommend nor refer.

Staff, cleanliness . I would stay here again.

Very limited food options. Restaurant closes at 8pm and breakfast doesn’t start until 8am.
