Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Scottsdale

The breakfast buffet keeps up with other 2.5 star hotels. Staff was caring. After moving to another room due to construction in parking lot across the aisle our new room was smaller but much quieter.

Pipes had broken in a room on our floor. Fans were in hallway for two of three days drying it out. Walking to your room you were blasted with fan and air debris that may have been floating around at that moment you passed them to get to room. Kind staff.

The manager was argumentative and refused to change my room even if one became available. I had to wait several days before change. Additionally, I requested room cleaning on a daily basis, and this was not performed. Disgusting experience!

Even the garbage cans were rusted from old age or abuse. Yuk

Staff where very friendly, location was good for me,loved the balcony room, pool & work out center.

Could have been a little cleaner & could use some updates.

The suite was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice and helpful. We left some items and the staff was very helpful in returning these by mail.

Confusing to find. You could see it, but the street address was difficult to find. The entrance looked like back door. It would be nice if bathroom could be accessed individually by the bedroom and other room rather than always going through bedroom.

The room was nice and quiet and the back door and patio was a nice little extra!

Clean, nice facility. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Appreciate the evening snacks.

A sports bar across the parking lot was loud (Saturday night) well past midnight. Ask for a room on the other side of the building.

The loud heater and refrigerator made it hard to sleep, watch TV and have aconversation.

Everything was great

I love the fact that we were very close to the golf tournament. I also love the fact that the staff were able to provide as a shuttle to a retail store. I’m back to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the complementary breakfast was great as well! We would definitely stay here again. It is so convenient.

Staff. The rest was mediocre to disappointing.

Given a room on top floor back of hall, disability room, which we did not request. Room was substandard and we were moved the second night. Left a coat in the old room, checked with hotel twice before checking out. 3 weeks later they said they had it and insisted we pay the postage to return it.

Very nice, helpful staff. Extremely clean.

Air conditioner was extremely loud.
