Pool was warm

Finding lobby for checkin was chaotic. 5 signs outside saying 1/4 mile that way, or by conference center... I stopped 3 times and walked all over to find where I should check in. Also signs to lazy river sucked. Again, walked all over trying to find it.

Location and breakfast

The bed, the sheets and most import the terrible pillows! They were hard and flat and I was not able to sleep on them. The bed was lumpy and there was no comforter it was a bed spread and sled off the bed so all I had was a sheet. Terrible sleep!

When we arrived we were shown to the wrong room but the staff responded positively and were helpful and thoughtful The issue was resolved

The breakfast was poor - no fresh fruit or yoghurt - and limited cereal choices

Front desk staff (especially Paul) were amazing!

Room was dirty--hair all over the pillowcases and filthy toilet. So gross.

Convenience to location. Most staff were friendly Understanding when we added additional nights to our stay.

Guest had to vacuum & clean their own room after requesting it be cleaned the day before. For the price I expected higher standards from local mgmt & corporate. Still pending acknowledgment of this issue from both local & corp.

Location to events was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Everything seemed to run smooth and efficiently and when you have staff that are so nice and accommodating it helps to make your stay feel more like home. Thanks!

The bed was a little hard for us old folks but it was ok. Would liked to have had some umbrellas out on the patio for shade when were playing games and eating as the sun was pretty intense.

Amazing hotel was amazing clean and in a great location. Pool/patio area was amazing.

We booked a king bed with pull out couch. Did not get that room when we checked in and when we asked about it the hotel was full and we couldn¿t move rooms. So we settled on a smaller room and a roll away bed.

Great location for doing scottsdale! Great little pool area/hot tub/fire pit for evening. hotel emloyee was great at the front desk. She was so helpful during an extremely busy time. Don't know the manager name, but he was super helpful too. Great experience

The included breakfast was good, and the attendant kept it well stocked even when busy. Nice pool. Good location.

The Internet coverage was very poor. Many areas had minimal coverage and service often dropped (I'm an IT person and I know a poor WiFi implementation). You also had to repeatedly re-login to the WiFi. Rooms are tiny, especially for the price.

I really liked this hotel and would stay there again. Location was good. Facility was really well maintained and staff was friendly and efficient. The dryer was broken and I was promptly directed to a sister facility. The breakfast was excellent.

Towels were on the thin side. Bedspread was really pretty strange with something lumpy in it. This was the busy season so the price was more than I'd normally pay for this star level but nevertheless it was a good value for the high season

All the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast dining area cold be larger. Possibly take out sofa seating area & add more table & chairs.
