- I loved the area the hotel was located and the amenities around it;
- Pool area nice. Live music on Friday night was nice. Great staff
- Staff and the other gentleman (sorry dont know name)was AMAZING!!! Only reason for the 8 rating. They were very nice and made us feel welcomed. The Sunday morning staff could stand to get some training from them.
Cons -
- For it to be a resort spa, there are no spa amenities besides a pool and jacuzzi; no robes and out room had issues with the ventilation and the air.
- Good place, just not super nice. Bathtub and shower curtain is somewhat low end for the price charged. Tax and resort fee boosted price almost $100 per night.
- Hotel is in need of a modern upgrade. Maid service needs training and towels need to be replaced with new.
