Spacious clean rooms

Was charged 100% of prepaid booking as¿deposit¿ on check in. Requested and was assured of return of deposit twice in person but have yet to receive it.

I enjoy the spaciousness of the rooms and I find the beds comfortable. The fact that they have a fridge & microwave is great.

My first stay was great...the suite was very clean. This time I was somewhat disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It seem to have been made up in a hurry. The room didn't seemed to have been vacuumed nor were surfaces wiped down.

Location. Grounds seem good, but I did not have time to experience those.

Pretty much everything except location. Dirty bathroom, thin towels, noisy air conditioning, poor amenities in the room, limited TV channel choices, no in-room coffee. Star rating should be 2, not 3 1/2.

The hotel seemed more like a motel. There was hardly any occupancy , maybe 3-4 guests in total. It looked like a 2 star motel. Room was ok. Location was surely creepy. I would not stay at this place anytime in future.

Staff and grounds were extremely nice. The room, not so much.

Room was old and depressing. Stained carpet. The linens even had some spots. Internet varied from flaky to nonexistent. Had a Motel 6 feel to it. I hear that the full suites are nice. My single room was depressing. Crummy place.

Location was an important factor for me and it had a nice gym facility with a lap pool which is hard to find in hotels.

The staff was not the friendliest but okay and it is not as updated as the pictures show.

Favorite part was the location.

I waited a solid 5 mins for anyone to even come to the desk for me to check in. There were crumbs all over the desk in the room from whoever stayed and ate there last. Two pillows for a king bed was not enough. I'd recommend but they need to clean better.

Access to the athletic club and pools. Central location.

Television channel selection, bed wasn't comfortable.

The staff for the very short moment that I met them were ver friendly. No complaints at all. The room was ok.

The pool have a rubber glove in it. It was not clean at all. The Sauna have a wet plastic bag by it, at first glance it looked like blond hair. You can tell its been sitting there for days. The water was not warm in the shower. This was not a resort

No Way was it a 3.5 star. No face cloths One hand towel. Charged my Cc on file. It's a motel in a very vacant area. Never saw another person. Never would stay there alone. Dark outside stairwells

The room I originally was put in was very small and didn't meet 4star criteria. But upon requesting a room transfer I was upgraded to a beautiful resort style room with all the amenities.Its a small quite resort in a great location with a stunning pool.

I absolutely enjoyed every moment of my stay there and have found my new favorite getaway spot.The staff was professional and accommodating and the room and grounds were perfect.

Room was clean. The athletic club was nice, much better than the standard hotel gym.

The property was pretty run down. It looks like it was great about 15-20 years ago. It was ok for the rate I paid, but I'm not sure it was a 3.5 star property. Lots of people smoking on the patio/common hallway outside of the rooms. Weak shower pressure.

The upgraded room was great.

Unfriendly staff. Mold in shower. Non-working phones in rooms.

That my husband and I were the only ones who use the pool and the spa area and it was beautifully landscaped.

It was all they could have used some more paint to paint new updates. And the sign out front was small and needed to be updated. And there wasn't much staff around

The location was good but that was about it. Hardly anyone there which was odd. Had to go get extra pillows which were handed to us with the pillow cases to put on, room keys had to be reprogrammed the second day when we couldn't get into our room...

Continued from above...Shower wouldn't drain and had to be fixed...grounds needed work, immediately reported a large carpet stain so we wouldn't get charged...we were disappointed in the hotel for sure.

The checkout. This was beyond overpriced and over-started. It was a 1.5 star at best.

The broken window lock. Leaves and on carpet. Dust everywhere. Stinky bath products. And no cable or internet for 6 hours. Did I mention no one was at the front desk upon check-in for 15 minutes?

NA Very disappointed

This hotel was extremely loud. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and was sorry I did. Our room was on the lower level so we heard noise from everyone. The cleaning staff would also roll their carts right by our door and it was very loud. No sleep

That room was clean and updated.

I can't imagine how this hotel is 3.5 stars. No restaurant to get a cup of coffee or breakfast was very disappointing. The health club was fine but deserted. It felt like the property was going into foreclosure any day. NOT a good value for the price.

Great location, easy to get to. Front desk was very friendly. Room/bathroom was very clean.

We only stayed one night. We did not get a chance to take advantage the amenities. Everything looked fine. In the AM, we heard a guy talking loud on his cell phone. It sounded like the walls were very thin but we did not have a problem during the night.
