    • It was so loud you could not sleep without ear plugs which the front desk readily provides.
    • Very basic room and a tiny pool

the hotel was very old hotel with fresh paint, very small bath room. for the cost i paid it was not worth it.

    Breakfast

Something smelled bad out side. Dead animal somewhere. Room smelled too.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-21-2024

The staff are what save this hotel. From check in to check out they did all they could to make stay pleasant.

The furniture is dated and dirty. The rooms are showing their age and the traffic noise continued all night long. Overall for what I paid was pretty sad. We stayed down the street the second night for less money in a newly renovated room for $--- less.

three front desk was very professional

Dated. Dirty. Smelled bad. Loud traffic noise.

There was no elevator. My Mom had a hard time getting up the stairs. Our door was broken so we had to literally pull the door close.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-20-2022

This hotel is clean, friendly, and priced right. They also have a nice breakfast.

My daughter saw a spider in the room.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-19-2022

    Central location, close to everything

The mattresses were horrible, no support at all and they caved in at the center.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-7-2022

The breakfast is most welcoming. One morning was a bit busy for one person.should have asked for help. Food was not replenished fast enough. To be fair, it was a holiday weekend.

Traffic is a bit noisy. Light in bathroom did not turn on right away and fan was too noisy.(room 102)Also, I think the carpet should be replaced. It had a smell. Perhaps no one had reported it so management could not attend to it.

    The location

There was head housekeeper who knocked about our dog ¿¿ she wanted to see bc we had to pay a fee I already paid it. Also at checkout the following day she knocked promptly by at 11 am. So annoying. She accused us of ¿¿ In room tried to keep deposit

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-3-2022

The location was very good for us. The fact that there was an excellent diner just up the street was a big plus. (Jerry¿s)

The bathroom space was tiny and there was no light in it

Good breakfast. Hot water. Quiet even when busy. Coffee maker in room was newer and clean. Coffee provided was better than most.

This hotel was very busy with road and construction crews. The carpet in my room looked more like a doormat than a carpet. Get your parking spot early or it might get tricky.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-23-2022

Great breakfast. Probably best in Safford.

Roaches. Disgusting. We had to keep the drain closed and killed 2 of them. Photo of 1 after killing it and its 2 inches big. We saw a couple dead ones outside that were dead as well..

    Location

Torn, tattered carpet-dirty bathroom floor-overall uncomfortable, therefore we stayed about one hour, packed up our belongings and left. Very disappointed.

    8ScottPosted on: 4-26-2022

Soft clean king size bed. With stand paddle boards on top my car, the ease ability Of backing up right to our external entry door, allowing a keen eye and ears to monitor my sports fitment. I like these mom and pop pull up to your room in smaller towns

The price was about 20% higher than it should be....

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-25-2022

Clean and tastefully decorated. Front desk staff was friendly, cordial and helpful in every way. Location near grocery stores, restaurants, and civic events was most helpful.

TV was confusing and poor reception. Parking area too cramped and not easy access. Stairways cluttered and felt unsafe. Kitchen staff wasn't helpful and were rude over a meager breakfast.

    8OndreaPosted on: 1-19-2022

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Glad we could get a room with three queen beds.

The lighting in the bathroom and at the vanity was far too dim.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-17-2018

Was given a handicap room, the refrigerator was in the bathroom and it smelled musty! We were so tired from traveling that we opted out of filing a complaint. Will not be staying at a Best Western anytime in the future, very disappointed.
