- The staff was super friendly. I made a mistake on booking the second day and they corrected it with little issues. ??
- Stayed here before & will always choose Green Tree as 1st option. Really like this hotel & staff.
Cons -
- Had cockroachs in room
- Everything. Not as described very gross
- 1. "Resort fee" is just a price increase -- no pool, spa, or anything else; deceptive. 2. "Newly remodeled" means freshly painted by braile featuring dried grout all over the bathroom to walk on in your bare feet. 3. Furnace was overly loud.
