  • We requested a handicap room 1 month in advance and also confirmed 2 times before we showed up that it was a handicap room but the hotel staff did not accommodate us. They said they were booked up but why would they confirm i have a handicap room.

The room .

We requested a handicap room 1 month in advance and also confirmed 2 times before we showed up that it was a handicap room but the hotel staff did not accommodate us. They said they were booked up but why would they confirm i have a handicap room.

I love that the front desk worker remember who I was. Called me by my first name. Very nice gentlemen. Everything went smoothed.
