- The location is perfect for so many things, and the amenities were plentiful. The desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful when they could be.

- The walls were thin and the neighbor's children were loud and out of control. I understand that this place caters to families for a nice get-a-way, and that they cannot control people's behavior, but it definitely put a damper on my solo get-a-way.
- We had a few glitches with an outlet not working but the front desk resolved them
- not close to any Phoenix downtown setting
