The rooms were very clean

In a bad part of town, but not the hotel’s fault

The room and beds were clean, we were given 1 soap bar and 3 shampoo sachets for 4 guests. The room was cozy and not noisy with a TV, fridge and freezer, as well as a table and additional chair. Value for money.

We booked a room clearly stated for 4 people. When we checked into the room at 12am, there were only 2 towels so we asked the front desk for more. The staff at the counter tiredly told us that there were no more towels since the inn was fully booked and there was nothing he could do, with no room for arguments. This was not a great experience since it clearly stated in booking.com that towels were provided for all guests.

Turning the tap to the blue mark makes hot water, while turning it to the red makes cold water. It was very confusing. (room 208).

The ice machines on two out of three floors were not working. The faulty fan (in the ventilation system) in the corridor was very noisy all the time.

In two out of the three rooms I rented, turning the tap to the blue mark resulted in hot water, while turning it to the red mark resulted in cold water. It was very confusing. In one of the rooms I was rented, the plate in the microwave didn't rotate. It was taken from a different model and wasn't checked to ensure it was compatible.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The clerk on duty was very helpful and even helped carry up an iron and ironing board to my room. I liked the fact that the rooms were inside an enclosed hallway accessible only with a room key. It made me feel safe.

The pillows were very flat and lumpy.

They didn't have chairs in the pool area.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it. Location off the I-17 and ample parking. Internal rooms which is safer for solo traveling. Pet-friendly. Nice customer service desk. Clean rooms. Last time they have 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby but it was out of order this time. I stay where there is coffee. lol. The guy at the front desk was amazing. I’ve never had issues with them. Super friendly. Hotel just needs a bit of updating.

I wish they gave you conditioner in the room too and more shampoo. Vending machines weren’t working right on each floor. Card fail and wouldn’t take money. I didn’t see security driving around this time whereas last time I did. That makes a difference as a solo traveler at night.
