Location is good

Everything smells like cigarettes, some areas of the hotel are extremely dirty.

Location was great.

Washing machine didn't work and no gift shop.

The location is good just off a main freeway and away from heavy traffic. The breakfast was decent when compared to previous stays but good to have cook-to-order back. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The front desk had booked us in an under construction room which was not fully clean and prepared. The bathtub and bathroom was full with dried wall plaster and no towels so had to wait until the next day to move to a new room. Room was not available until 11am to shower so ran late for meeting and scheduled activities. Also, a lot of people going in and out of main gate which was not properly being locked for key access only late at night.

Excellent hotel, enjoyed every bit of it. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly helpful staff.

The usual "All You Can Eat" breakfast buffet wasn't available due to Covid restrictions. It was made to order, but only one plate per person. Sadly, I didn't know this until I went back for seconds and was told. Oh well, still a great hotel.

Overall the stay was great it's a lil rundown hotel but it was very comfortable! Loved our suite with the 2 full size beds and pullout couch. Fit 2 adults and 4 kids just right! Friendly staff and environment! My family loved it as well. Only downside was the wifi coverage in suite but honestly I didn't mind , kids had a little fuss but with entertaining them with the pool and lil outing it was no biggie! We enjoyed ourselves and we definitely felt comfortable.

The rooms were clean.

The hotel was very old. expecting more for 3 1/2 star. They over booked the rooms so we almost didn¿t get rooms. They were able to find two separate rooms on separate floors which was not what we expected. Also no hot breakfast. Overall a total let down.

Easily accessible; very close to SR-51. The pool area was nice, lots of seating. The staff was very kind and helpful and brought extra towels, etc. timely. Plenty of parking.

The rooms REALLY need to be updated. They are old! Wallpaper is peeling. Mold on the bathroom walls. Our shower curtain rod was falling. Lighting in kitchen area is bad. Carpet is frayed. Rooms would easily fit two queen beds, but they are only double beds...too small for two adults or teenagers. The TV in our bedroom didn’t work; only static. We couldn’t ever sit in the hot tub because it was always full of kids goofing around.

The size of the room was really nice. The location was great. Close to restaurants.

The air conditioning didnâ≢t work. Had to run the water for 5-10 mins before we could get hot water. Breakfast sucked! They advertised hot breakfast which we loved before.They should remove the hot breakfast from website. Hotel needs major updating!!

We always pick this hotel! We love the location.

The only dislike, first time we have ever had this problem. The family and I were swimming at the pool, when I had a dog off leash come up and try to sit on my lap. Shortly after that the dog was in the pool swimming ðøÃÂþ I love animals but unacceptable.
