- The night desk associate was very rude and unprofessional. She ignored me, didn’t acknowledge me standing in front of her waiting to speak to her while she was on her cell phone, then was annoyed to have to get off her phone. I complained to the manager, who said she was tired, which doesn’t excuse her poor customer service.The next night, it was more of the same rude, disinterested behavior. It was enough for me to not want to stay at this hotel again, and I’ve been staying here for 15+ years.

It was great!!
I don't remember the young gal that was at the checking desk.SHE WAS VERY RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE. SAT THERE AND VERY UPSET THAT SHE WAS INTERRUPTED OF HER CELL PHONE USE. Other than that everything was beautiful!!!
