Room 215 bathroom door does not shut I reported this last time I stayed in room 215 in April

Moths, and other insects in room, shower was dirty

Nothing. Room was unbelievably shabby...furniture worn and dirty...hole in couch, carpet stained, venting system so loud it sounded like a train idling. Desk clerk tried to shut it off, but was unable. We were unable to sleep as it was so loud.

We checked out the next day. Staff was very friendly and attempted to help, but to no avail.

The manager put me up in a room next to high traffic noise level area, pillows/ blankets had smelly foul odored smell in room 215, pets were definitely in that room previously The Shower Lever was loose and would slowly move down to burn skin,

This is such a classy, hip hotel and my husband absolutely and thoroughly loved our stay for two weeks! The complimentary breakfast was a quick, helpful breakfast each morning. It¿s like you thought about what would be perfect and helpful for the¿

majority of customers and you hit the target precisely perfectly! ¿¿ Thank you so much for being a classy home-away-from-home! I could not be any more happy and impressed if I tried. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottoms of our heart.

Close to an event I was attending

Room was full of dog/cat hair (Extremely allergic) No other rooms available (sold out) Reserved for two nights but left

I did not stay at this hotel because as I was about to check in online and I looked at the total price. And I was SHOCKED that I was going to be charged $--- for my 5 day stay.You have got to be kidding me. I thought I was going to pay $--- a night.

The staff was great....The over all experience was great...LOVED the room

The hotel at night was tooooo dark no pool lights nothing was lite up...the pool towels way to small..to many homless sleeping around the patio area passed out drunk....the hot tub never had jet steams working.

Two separate sleeping areas work great for three adults. AC worked really well. Housekeeping is friendly and accommodated everything we were looking for

The staff was friendly, the hotel spotless, with a pool and a basketball court. It's was extremely quiet and the beds comfortable.

Very nice, clean, cozy secured building. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with lots of food options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to stay there again on my next trip.

Location and helpful staff

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Nice clean hotel near the freeway. Big rooms. Fairly new or upgraded it seems like. Went for a spring training game at sloan park and it took only about 10 minutes to get there.

Hotel parking spaces were a little tight but that's normal I think.

Clean and comfortable. Called before our trip and everyone I spoke with was wonderful.

Not the hotel itself, but would have liked a King size bed. We made it work.

Amenities were great! Room was spacious and included everything needed.

My mattress was lumpy and slanted. I was only there one night so I didn't make a deal about it but mentioned it. My feet were higher than the rest of the mattress.

The kitchen

If someone above you walked on floor, ran water, flushed toilet, or spoke loud. It would wake me up!!! 3:30 in mornings.

Excellent, clean, and quiet. Large rooms, comfortable furniture and bed, kitchen area. Excellent workspace/desk. Within reasonable walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, and stores. Breakfast was average, but still free and decent.

This Residence Inn is an older property apparently but you wouldn't know it. It has been renovated from top to bottom fairly recently. I also love the full size kitchen. I cooked steaks in my room. There are no other properties in which you can do this.

The location is a little out of the way from the majority of my customers but this was a very minor distraction.

Contemporary style well done. Full size appliances in kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Everything!
