Delta Hotels Phoenix Mesa

Commode was very low. I’m short so that says a lot. I have an allergy to feather and the pillows were changed to poly fill but the blanket was down and still very sensitive to that.

Animals allowed in the rooms. I’m highly allergic to animal dander. It was awful, I had a terrible allergy headache. Then there was the parking lot was to far away, it was raining and I had to walk a long way in the rain.

Hotel Employee treated us like royalty!! It was our 50th wedding anniversary. He gave us a beautiful room on the 11th floor overlooking the city. Not only that, he sent us a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with whipped cream. What a happy & fun surprise!!

There were restaurants on site and the room was clean.

We paid for a room with 2 double beds and we were initially given a king bed with a sofa. I asked for extra towels and I never received them. The bathroom was tiny and the room was small and musty. The windows didn't open. The neighborhood was not great.

I enjoyed the area and the location of the hotel. The bed was comfy and the A/C was quiet. We will definitely look to stay at Delta again if the need arises.

Just disappointing there wasn't a continental breakfast or we were not told about the breakfast options when we checked in. We didn't know a buffet was an option until we were walking out to our car after checking out. Better communication.

Room was comfortable. Pool/hot tub was much bigger/nicer than expected and clean. Lots of outside areas to sit and hange out. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Listing said the room has a fridge, but it's not a mini fridge, it's much smaller. You can't get much more than a few drinks inside. Stains on the carpet. Gym smelled terrible, like it needed cleaned badly.

I had a nice view and my room was quiet and clean. Lovely pool area and patios.

Breakfast was not a 3.5 star meal. coffee was terrible.

They claim to have refrigerators in the room, but you have to push a button every two hours to keep them cold. Ridiculous and unacceptable for those of us with medications that need to be refrigerated

The beds are not comfortable.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are really comfy.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also fairly quiet.

The HVAC was a little loud, but not too bad. We got used to it.

The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. Pool was great. Everything was clean. We asked for more towels and within 10 minutes someone brought them. Will definitely stay here again.

The area-very rundown, neighborhood all-around! Pool is small and half in the shade.

Close to Mesa stadium and th e price was great. Had we paid the regular price I wouldn¿t have been as p,eased. In my opinion, the hotel is legitimately a 2.5-3 star, not 3.5.

Room needed a few things fixed; but, overall it was fine. Clerk who checked us in was sloth-like and didn¿t tell us about any of the features of the hotel. (I know this because the clerk checking in the folks next to us offered things to their checkins

The hotel is okay but I've payed the same about for better. Rooms were definitely not 100% cleaned, bathtub still had dirt and hair. So for the amount I paid I probably won't be coming back here.

Staff was definitely not the nicest. I obtained the 11th floor room and wanted to book for a second night but Staff was extremely rude about it, said they didnt have anything available but a room on the 5th floor. We were given 15 to leave to new room.

The staff was great and the location was close to family.

Prices in Mesa were ALL high, but I really expected more from this hotel. There were stains on the carpet, general wear-and-tear throughout, tub did not drain and the sheets were very thin.
