The noisy people that kept fighting and slamming doors

I liked that it is a smaller large hotel as it felt more comforting. This is one of my best experiences with hotels in this area. The staff were great and I was very happy with my room. The breakfast was good and overall was a great stay.

The lobby

The amount of people and the rooms presentation was not good. The smell in the room caused me to leave. Also if you made your reservations on line. Then they would tell you no they dont have reserve for you

It was updated and clean for the most part. The breakfast was still being served in an adapted way due to Covid-19 so that was great. I didn’t have any breakfast but I thought it was great that the hotel still made it available to people pre-packaged.

It smelled like smoke in the hallways.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and patient, she was very kind. Don’t remember her name sadly

The dishonesty online with a $200 safety deposit, and the ac unit does not work well enough at all. Room was humid and way too warm even when I turned the ac on the lowest temperature possible. Room remained about 85 or more the entire stay.

The only thing that make the place dirty is the carpet in the hallways. And the pool was really clean the 1st day we where there, but then it got merky.

The price

I got a handicap room so there was a lot of accomdations to the room that didn’t suit me. There was no remote, the ac didn’t work.

The room was nice

The TV was confusing to use and once u got the hang of it, it was annoying and my shower clogged when taking a shower I was much to tired to deal with staff and when I woke from a nap the staff was dealing with other guests so I just dealt with it

Filthy and took pictures of everything. Absolutely unacceptable especially without any resolve

Yes offered me a free room on my next booking or half off or anything at all!

The night staff

1st room: no working appliances. 2nd Room: unfinished, and toilet broken. All floors were filthy. Spa didn't work, one elevator was out of service. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Water pressure was so poor had to wash hands in tub faucet.

We loved the staff there. They were so friendly and helpful. The front desk employee working the after midnight shift was excellent. Also, we really appreciated the extra mile that the hotel and breakfast staff went to to provide a delicious breakfast

Location was great

Had no towels in the room. Had to call a few times to have towels brought to the room. Room did not seem super clean. Walls were very dirty.

I liked the decor and layout overall

The cash deposit was way to much and i didn't get it back because i had vaped in my room the way the staff delt with it was just plain rude I'll never go back

The gentleman at the desk at 11:30 pm was very nice. The main lobby was very clean Breakfast was decent The toiletries were very nice & came in handy I loved the sticker on the toilet paper that showed a icon of a person defecating staff were nice

no lighted signage from the street at night, passed the entrance many times had to stop at a different hotel to ask where this one was. carpet was very dirty the tub took a long time to drain

Easy to miss, no sign facing the street.

Staff very friendly. Pool and hot tub clean. Fresh towels from front desk. Accessible to all we needed.

Cllose to the freeway

We had a room on the 4th floor, I'm a non smoker & I smelled smoke the entire time of the stay & the $40 Dollar deposit taktn our the check in day , Theu don't put it back right away. Goes both ways . Customer service.

Floor in bathroom had recently been grouted and still grout residue on the floor and hairobviously the floor hadnt been ever cleaned since the up date. under the bathroom sink was all dust- bed sheets had a blood spot for the star level/ cost not good -

Friendliness of staff and breakfast selections

The rooms were smelly as if there is sewer issues throughout hotel, and rooms could be cleaned better.
