The location was perfect .

The hotel staff was not very friendly.the guy that on the evening shift was very rude he was on his personal phone chatting with ?? Asked him a question and he didn't appreciate it.He said I told you well if his English was clear I would of not ask again

Hotel was great, I've always like IHG hotels. Room was clean and neat, bathroom was great too.

Went up to the room the tv didn't work, I got it to work because the front desk person couldn't figure it out and offered no solution. Ice machine is only in the first floor, which was rough when half the hotel was there for a competition.

The property felt safe and well lit up and the place was clean !!

They need more upgrades, put a hand towel holder up, also some hooks behind the bathroom door and hooks by the closet for jackets . Room was very small for a holiday inn . Also the girl doing breakfast needed more help , couldn¿t keep up with things !!

The staff is very, very helpful and nice. The GM and AGM were so thoughtful and professional. I will be back!

The only thing I wish the Hotel would allow is my fur babies!!!

Could not open the blinds

It was like new, we had to leave before breakfast was served and the guy at the counter graciously sent food out the door with us.

The hot tub did not bubble the water and the pool was icy cold..these motels need to have a hot hot tub that actually works, its not that hard !

Air conditioner, hot shower. Staff were polite but didn¿t speak English well.

Some guy was passed out in front of the hotel, and when he finally woke up, he was still stoned out of his mind and was walking around the hotel like a zombie. No shirt, No shoes and not a clue where he was. They had construction going at the facility.

Breakfast was hot and ready. Hotel quiet, clean. 6 day stay in a king size room. No smoke smell, no bugs, excellent well kept room. Yes i read the reviews and i had zero of these problems.

Tv was stuck on channel 3 but i only used the tv for background noise while i was on the laptop. Tv didnt bother me.

It was quiet and cheap.

Our room was very moist, the furniture was all old and water damaged, the deposit doesn't get refunded for 5 days after u check out, and the hotel is under construction.

Yes staff lack of care for working parts of room. Shade didn¿t dirk ac stayed in ir off the wall unit they swore sirjd did nigveifk

The room maid service never came to clean the roo.mm the whole 5 days we where there had to ask for more towels and toilet paper

The bedding had not been cleaned! The ac unit was so noisy we couldn¿t sleep! It was so noisy the room below us kept calling the front desk and complaining about the noise that we were making! The desk clerk called and woke us because we were to noisy!

Had to wait a long time when checking in due to computer issues. Had to reboot computer. Hallways smelled like smoke. Tv was all crack! Not sure why it was still even on the wall. Shower was filthy with dirt. Walls were so gross. Couch has stains ALL over

Hotel staff¿.women said she was the manager was awful and even mocked me at one point. Breakfast was terrible¿no staff to clean or replenish food. I had to find my own plates. Hotel had a pungent odor throughout

The location was best.

The room was okay, the mattress was old and too soft. The bathroom tub was plugged with hair and standing water. The ac window unit did not stay on as programmed, I will not stay here again.
