Travel Inn - Mesa

It wasn’t far from where I had to be

It was pretty dirty outside trashy kind of scary neighborhood

Bedding and mattress were stained. Found drugs in the bathroom. We left immediately, requested a cancellation of 2 night stay. Front desk were nonchalant and indifferent to our complaints. Hotel refused full refund and only allowed refund of one night.

Bugs, holes in linen, smelled

I was not clean, hair in the second Queen bed. Bed was not changed. Tub was dirty. No lamps for night light. And the soaps were cheap. I wont stay again.

They don't let you in the lobby and the window they have you go to is right next to a busy road. This makes it very hard to hear anything they say. and they changed me again and messed up the days I book.

mattress was good...that's about it!

Floor was filthy; vinyl planks that haven't been mopped for a very long time, ice machine didn't work, no in room coffee maker, no vending machine for snacks. I'll just stop here.

Run down. Filthy parking lot. Old beat up furniture. Paint drippings on the floor.

It was clean

The toilet didn't work very well and had to call the office at 2am because we had no heat. The manager did bring us a heater but if the one in the room would have worked I wouldn't have had to call the office at 2am.

Location was close to our meeting.

Bed sucked. TV broken. BathRoom in middle of plastering. bathroom door broken. No plastic cups.

The shower was clean and hot.

I booked online, no mention it was being remodled. Room had missing wall plates, door didn't close properly, and it stank like paint. I changed rooms, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. Third room was ok. The room above was loudly worked on till 7pm.

The location

The manager gave my room to someone else after booking because they wanted to rent the room for more days than me. I did not receive what I paid for.

Made reservations online... that was easy... that was the only good part. Location was just okay

Went to check in.. the staff was less than friendly... opened the door.... OMG... the room stunk so badly.... the kind of stink like people who sweat and then it dries and then sweat and dry again and again... 40x Absolutely would NEVER stay here again..

my stay with travel Inn was pleasant, quite, and enjoyable. the staff is friendly and pleasant. All the features they offer are well appreciated, and pet friendly and reasonable.

The only part was the ice machine had been violated. out of order.

The place is infested with roaches and the linen is dingy..

No...I reserved a 2 night stay..I left midnight during my first night and slept in my car .it's this bad

Broken window, door, lock, lamp, etc. Drug use and brien cars outside in parking lot. Not a safe place.

IT so quietly and also front desk staff was little mean but I just show respect and know what they say. sometime I have hard time understand front desk different language nationality. But the place is clean and ready. housekeeper is nice too.

Not one thing the whole experience was horrible people selling drugs outside all night room was so nasty sheets dirty! I was woke to man fighting his girlfriend snaked her hard and not even manager cared

Staff was horrible. Could not even understand them. Room was dirty. Towels and shower curtain were dirty. Worst stay ever. Not recommended one bit.

Fridge sir conditioning not working. Wall cracked need to be painted. Room smelly.

room was clean, breakfast was lacking but that's what you get from this level of hotel so no big surprise. was a decent room for a decent price.

breakfast was a little sparse.
