The finish in the spa & pool needs to be repaired. It was visibly deteriorating which made it rough on the feet, probably not good for the pool vacuum, pumps & filters either.

We rented a room on 5/22 and checked in at 12:30am only to wake up to a text message at 5:40am stating our credit card has fraudulent charges on it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel .

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when traveling to Phoenix area. I¿m a Chicago resident so it has nostalgia as the Cubs training facility as well. I usually have a good workout, cold plunge in the winter months and overall great hotel!

That I didn¿t get more time with the beautiful redhead on day shift at the front desk.

The manager is not very professional with handling situations regarding refunds or cancellations. No guest should have to call more than four times to resolve a matter that you were trained on the day you started working here. Very unhappy

The Location and staff was so nice we came from Iowa we will stay again

Location was good next to mesa riverview.

The various furniture was torn and chipped. Couch had staples showing. Paint was peeling. Carpet was stained and pulling up at the seem of entryway. There were stains on bathroom floor by toilet. Splattered white substance on wall and in fridge area.

Location was good. The size of the room was good with high ceiling.

Bathroom door latch was broken, and door was a sliding door and kept sliding open. Heater fan was very noisy.

It was very clean and the location is excellent

The water in the Jacuzzi was just lukewarm Other then that everything was perfect.

Dirty pillow cases with someone else¿s hair on them. There¿s a weird smell and the a/c don¿t work very well.

The location was awesome and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

For being brand new , i was upset at the cleanliness. Layers of dust , jo trash bags ,staind pillow cases and torn up furniture. We were given a duffrent room that wasnt as bad but not what id expect still

The house cleaning staff moved my items and also throw my stuff away and then left the garbage, which included my unopen items, in the trash can in the middle of the room; also didn't make the bed or clean out the tub. The house cleaning staff was awful.

Walls in the room were nicked up/ scrapped up , bed skirt had black marks all Across it. No coffee in the lobby was available

my card would not work in their card reader never got to stay there
