The staff

Until I asked to have one brought up there are no microwaves in most of the rooms, just a tiny one in the lobby.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent location.

Clean with professional staff Great breakfast. Gym was clean and a plus

Pool should close at a later time. It?s summer and hot guests should have access to cooling down in the pool.

The bed was turned sideways to the TV. Now this may sound silly to complain about? But I have a bad neck and having to turn my head to the right to watch TV was very inconvenient and uncomfortable to me. Also miss the big warm Hilton cookies!

People and their dogs!!! Dogs were roaming the floor and barking.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the Caring staff. Hotel employee took care of me so well and help me solve all my situations. I give her a 10++

The only complaint I had, was there was no pool, its being remodeled. When it done, it will be wonderful. Not many people want a pool, so that isnt the problem.

Property looks new. Very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Convenient location. You know what you can expect with Hampton Inn.

Noisy neighbors above and some noise from freeway, but I am a light sleeper.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Never felt like they could careless if they were there or not like most other hotel staff. Good continental breakfast. Well kept property.

I don't care for the noises from the elevator. Kinda creepy, don't think it should be making noises like it did.

Over all it was quiet, which I was looking for. The staff was nice considering one front desk worker at night who didn't speak when people walked in. The location was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious.

The room I got had a handicap shower that facilitated a wheel chair. It had no barrier to keep the water in and the floo slope was not enough to keep the water from getting out of the shower. It was a major pain.

The A/c / heating control on the wall did not change the temperature from the window unit. It seems the unit was set to 70 degrees.

The Friendly Staff and it had a great breakfast.

That they would not work with me on a schedule change.

Temperature in bathroom was frigid!! Phone not working, didn't realize it until end of stay as I didn't try to use it; reported it at checkout. Presume it was taken care of. Toilet stopped up on first night, promptly fixed upon reporting it next morning

Location free wifi easy parking and good breakfast.Very good and helpful staff.

The only things were no microwave when I was told there would be one and no drinking cups in the room. Really no big deal I enjoyed this hotel.

Very convenient to shopping, Banner Hospital, right off Hwy 60. Very clean rooms, lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice also.
