Clean, new, safe, and great price! Would choose this place over and over!

Can hear people above walking. Air conditioner showed an error, but we were still comfortable with the room temperature.

Its brand new...

They need to clean the pool. It had hair and leaves in it. The hvac system is LOUD!

Location 0.8 miles from family.

Room doors closed a little too loudly.

The manager was so helpful to us we were a party of six and wanted extra chairs and a table to play cards at night he was happy to oblige As well he greeted us each morning and asked who won the games

It was good

Within walking distance to grocery and restaurants.

TV freezes, person in the next room set an alarm for 5 am but just kept sleeping through it. It was still going off at 7 am.

We had the lights turn on by themselves several times during the night in one of our suites

Location, easy to check in and out, and parking free.

Some devices need to repair, as electrical cooking tools; TV is not available for watching; sometimes feel too noisy from upstairs, hallways and outside driveways.

Hotel was just opened a week ago of course everything was perfect. Staff was courteous and friendly

Only issue with our room was the light sensor in our room turned on twice while we slept. Notified the front desk and they would adjust it. Everything else was great

The front desk Mgr was an amazing Man.Helped me with my Mom.The 6:30 am Man behind the wall refused to come out when I asked for coffee and was very rude and said I had to wait for the Mgr to get in @ 7am. Otherwise, all the staff were awesome.

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the location was perfect for me. All the employees were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay there again.

After my first night my room was never cleaned.

Great location and fairly new but not for long. Not being well maintained and the staff needs to be changed

Staff seems disinterested in customer service. I stayed at the location just after it was first opened and it was great. Just a few months later and the place has really gone down hill. Felt dirty. Staff was rude. Out of coffee cream my entire three night stay. How is that possible?

The hotel was pretty Amazing and has everything you need to make meals in your room but is within walking distance to some great restaurants. The shower had great water pressure!

When the hotel room next to us started their shower it caused a metal plate in our room to wobble and make a disturbing noise waking us from sleep. But I found it and put it back in place.

There was no breakfast offered.

Parking was pretty tight. The presentation of the property from the street was minimal - very easy to drive right past it.There was, apparently, no daily maid service.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The pool was wonderfully refreshing. Everything was very clean and I loved the Dove shower products.

Standard room with two queen beds does not have enough square footage for 2 people. No room for luggage. Only 1 desk chair. New but many things still not done.

The suite was clean, comfortable, it had great appliances, easy access to the freeway.

No Internet. The for the cable TV service would freeze a lot. They only clean the rooms every three days; I stayed 3 days.,They supply coffee packs for the room, when I ran out, I asked the first night and was told they just ran out and the seconded night I again was told they didn't have any, but I could come downstairs and get brewed coffee. The toilet float would get stuck, but I could take care of that. I was not able to add Points to my IHG account due to I booking thru Booking.com
