Opened the door and cigarette smoke hits you, even when booking a non-smoking room. Hotel room had cigarette burns ... a live roach in the shower, disgusting microwave, stains on sheets. Just overall disgusting and not worth the $----

Price

Hair all over room from cleaning staff. Front office workers will try to charge you fees not posted on facility or listed in policy. I was placed on DNR for refusing to pay a late fee. Not to mention random men have knocked on my door at night.

Arrived with 20 police cars in parking lot. Room smelled of marajuana. Heard gun shots at 3am. Room was dirty. Hotel boarders an alley that is full of homeless. Requested a ground floor room was placed on second floor. Heater smelled of burning lint.

The front of the house manager was extremely nice and accommodating.

Cigarette burns on the bathtub, missing buttons on the AC/heater. The other guests looked very questionable, felt if most were homeless. This made it feel very unsafe. I would never stay there with my children.

Was very clean and quiet, told the desk clerk one of the best Motel 6 that I have ever stayed ay....Had a handicape room and parking right by thedoor.....

Easy access to where I was going and decent WiFi and no charge for pets

It is kind of loud. The traffic and guest noise is loud. My room had someone else¿s whiskers all over above the sink. The sheet had a blood stain.

Stark. Just bare necessities. In disability room, yet need to walk all the way around building to get ice.

For starters they double charged me. So now I have lost an extra $100 and they can't tell me when I will get it back. Second...so I booked the room online and I selected the option to just pay for the room at that time. So the room waa paid for and whe

Everything, especially the smell of cigarettes on a bon smoking room,the smell cigarettes on the sheets and the whole room for that matter. Way to noisy throughout the night. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

The service was ok. It was wiick to reserve I had trouble add with the k EDC y card but other than that things were good I would recommend to a friend and refer family I loved the c kook mplimentrybreakfastand the pool all the linens were clean.

The room had the stench of cigarettes. I was refused a non smoking room. The smell of cigarettes were in the bed, the walls, etc. My clothes wreaked of the smell and it made physically sick after the first night. The towels still had hairs in them.

Great location in Mesa AZ, near everything.

Sometimes you could smell cigarette smoke from the bathroom vent from other rooms. I did not consider this a fault from the motel; it was other inconsiderate guests
