good breakfast, quiet clean

Beautiful grounds, nice location (set apart), breakfast was good. Very clean overall.

Maid came only once during my 5 night stay.

It's location in proximity to where we were going. It's smaller in size, easy to get in & out of, and is clean.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and had a great sleep. Air conditioner was very great. Love the pet area outside and all their setup for grilling and outdoor area. Breakfast was very delicious elsewell.

Maybe fumigation. Found a dead bug on the bed.

Loved the whole experience as far as the hotel and staff. My only issue was when we went to extend another week there was confusion and after straightening it all out, a few hours later, maybe next shift, again was called by front desk that there problem

Prices kept changing and raising. In the middle of 2nd week, I was almost accused of not telling them we had our 3lb dog with us. Then was informed that it wasn't a deposit for pet it's a fee and charged another $125 weekly

Cleanliness, design, nice views, nice staff.

I stayed here when they first opened last yr.....attention to detail is all there when they first opened...they need to refill the soaps in the shower...they need more staff to make sure the my rooms are done at least once a week .

noisy constant fan in the bathroom....no open window...they need to have a air system with a fresh scent...smells stale in the hallways...due to no air movement

A brand new hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and very clean. It is very close to the 202 but very quiet. I will definitely stay there again when I next visit Mesa.

I found the water pressure in the shower to be slightly low but not so low as to cause me to downgrade my opinion of the hotel.

Did not like that they allow dogs. There was a giant German Shepard that was barking all day from 8am to 4pm. Barking until the owner was called to take out the dog.

Location of this hotel is super close to the Salt River Recreation area¿and the hotel is a superb hotel. Very modern, spacious rooms, great bathroom, plus the kitchenette in our room was exactly what we needed being vegans and bringing our own food

More variety of vegan options, such as more fruit other than apples and oranges, for the complementary breakfast

Quiet, friendly, and very clean. Great for our dog too.

Our family enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the room and common areas. The continental breakfast was also better quality than most comparable hotels.

The air conditioning unit in our room did not work properly so we did not sleep well. We notified the staff in the morning and they scheduled maitenance right away, and offered some complimentary sncks from the snack bar for our family.

The size of the room, it was very spacious. The continental breakfast was great, they served a variety of really good food.

The bathroom has a pocket door and it is not the easiest to open and close.

We came down 20 min before breakfast closes, and most items are gone. They should have more even close to closing

The heater didnt work and the walls are quite thin.
