Colonade Motel Suites

Availability on short notice.

Everything was fine, a bed and even had a stove.

We never got to stay at this hotel. When we checked in, they had filled the hotel and sent us to another of their choice. It was uninhabitable, filthy, roach infested place. We spent the night in our car.

Pretty much everything, including the absence of office or management staff to resolve our issue described above. We are disputing the charge on this hotel.

I got bit really bad by bed bugs and found several in my bed . Front desk person didn't seem to care

Staff was great

Made did not come to the room once. Everyday had to go ask for new towels and clean sheets we clean the room the first day we were there it was filthy

Close to relatives.

We were initially told this should not have been listed. The hotel was under construction. We were relocated to another hotel that was filthy, poor security, and homeless people hanging around the property.

The only thing best about this hotel is the front desk.

The room was cockroach infested including the kitchen area. The room was dirty, falling apart & the bathroom sink was clogged as well as the door being broken. Staff didn't provide me with a key for the main entrance doorknob.

The place was so dirty and the smell was disgusting. The bugs were nasty also.

The location was ideal for where I needed to be on this trip.

The A/C did not work. There were roaches and other bugs. The room was very run down. most of the power outlets wouldn't hold a plug.

The hotel was really quick to get me a new room when I expressed my concerns about the room I had. They ended up sending me to another place called Silver Creek Apartments where I guess they subcontracted with them and that was ok.

The room was full of live roaches they were everywhere. I complained and asked for my money back and they sent me to Silver Creek Apartments where I was put in a two bedroom apartment. That was nice of them but even in that apartment there were dead roach

It was DIRTY roaches and smelled like cigarattes!! Dont go here

They did not care to much on their guest being comfy AT ALL

Cock roaches smelly room dirty bed sheets people drinking outside in front of my door lock didn't work properly and they gave me no room key all around diseaseD place.

The price

The roaches

They seemed very unorganized and things could be updated.

Well we got told we were staying at another property a coupke miles down the road.
