Brand new spacious room

Shower didn’t have Hot water. Laundry: I tried to wash my clothes, but washer was out, I went to front desk. He gave me two more dollars to try again but it didn’t work so I gave him back his two dollars and then my bill showed a charge for two dollars.

The hotel are frauds and will charge u double even after they acknowledge and k ow the hotel is prepaid for long before the stay and even have receipt of it. While a 50 refund deposit is fine identity fraud and theft is never fine on anyone's card

Front desk . Morning and night were very respectful helpful and polite . Rooms were nice pool was clean , breakfast was good .

We were really looking forward to going in the jacuzzi at night and the pool area was closed for the three days we were there. They kept telling us the repairman was coming tomorrow. He never came, I guess. The water looked murky. Halls needed vacuuming.

Location was perfect! Bed was super comfortable

Toilet didn¿t flush all the way Bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival Wish it was a bit more sound proof you can hear door slamming

The front desk staff was rude and not at all helpful. Also we requested a different pillow due to a down feather allergy and were told that they only had down pillows. We had to go to Walmart to buy a new pillow. The AC in the room was super loud.

Nearly new, very clean, wonderful work out equipment and small, but adequate pool.

Inadequate lighting in the room : need to add a ceiling light. Bedside light switches are on the lamp and not reachable from the bed. Bathroom fan is wired with the light (not unusual), but is very loud!

Convenient parking. Clean large rooms. Quiet.

New and clean. Staff was warm and cordial.

There was a ruckus on our floor after midnight, law enforcement had to be called. No fault of the hotel.

The hotel was dog friendly and new.

The rooms weren¿t very clean. I could tell they are short staffed and had to quickly clean the rooms. I moved out of the first room into another and it still wasn¿t cleaned well.

Everything was very clean & well kept. The staff were helpful, friendly & courteous. Every guest I saw was treated with same helpful courtesy as we were. Good breakfast, comfortable room & extra amenities. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

They cancel my reservation without letting me know
