Sway Hotel Lake Havasu

Great staff. Even though thru were doing renovations on the office, the entire place was clean as a whistle, in a great location and close to everything. It was a good value for the price point, modern and comfortable

Room was clean, bright and welcoming. Bathroom and sink area exceeded my expectations. Bed was large and comfy. Decent sized fridge. Enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee.

Not enough places to hang towels. No place to hang clothes. No rack to put the suitcase on. Window needed a washing. No microwave oven. No vending machines for drinks or snacks.

It's location is very good for visiting London bridge and for the casino ferry.

Room was extremely small. Wouldn't suggest 4 people per room. There were just 2 of us and very cramped. The bed Sheets were very stiff, like they had been starched heavily. Told the gal at the desk and she said she would let their laundry service know

Recently remodeled. Nice bathroom

A top sheet was used as a bottom sheet so it ended up all wadded up in the middle of bed. We were there 2 nights, no room service. Had to go to the desk to get a hairdryer. the staff at the desk was not nice about my request.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Lake Havasu! Super nice rooms, exceptional service from staff & close and/or walking distance to London Bridge!

Nothing! The entire hotel and parking lot is under construction. Equipment everywhere, cigarette butts everywhere, loud noises at 7am, no coffee anywhere, no microwave in the room which we needed, it is NOT stated ANYWHERE that they are under construction

Worst hotel experience we have had in years! The pictures of SWAY look absolutely nothing like it does when you see it in person. Very deceiving! We couldn¿t wait to leave and would have left upon check in but every hotel was already booked Desert Storm

Sunday morning when there was no construction.

This hotel is under construction and there was no mention of that when I was booking. This was a problem because I was out late and would only get about 4 hours sleep before the construction woke me up. The rate was rather high too.

Location

Our neighbors in the next room was too loud and we had bed bugs. We got attacked.

It was a short easy walk to the bridge and village. Had a nice view of the lake.

Hotel was very dirty. Front desk staff was argumentative. No room service was completed during stay so no clean towels were given. Would not stay here again. Especially with how expensive it was for such a dump.

Check in and out was quick. Staff super friendly. Room smelled/looked really clean, had a really nice sized mini fridge, microwave, and cable tv. It was an excellent stay and would recommend and stay again

Just debris from remodeling but it¿s ok cause at least they are trying to make the place better.

The location of the hotel is great! Near London Bridge and with views from the outside of Lake Havasu.

The hotel was under construction so not as clean and tidy as in past reviews. Although I am sure it will look amazing once complete.

Poor Quality mattresses & pillows that had such small pillow cases it made the into round log shapes that couldn¿t be flattened.

Close to sites of interest -

Old and outdated -thin walls - just a basic inexpensive hotel near area of interest.

Staff was kind, rooms were dated, but pretty clean, shower had good pressure and was clean. It served our purpose to get some sleep and shower in the morning.

Rooms were small, only one bar of soap for washing hands and showering, the sheets were not fitted and came off the mattress while sleeping.

Dog urine stains all over carpet. Between pee and cleansers made for an almost sleepless night. Toilet paper in toilet before I even used it. Gross

Clean, close to lake, good staff

No internet and no pool. The pool was closed but that was not an issue for me what was, was the fact that they had NO internet which was necessary for me thus I had to spend most my time trying to work out of my car close to wifi or at starbucks
