- It was dirty, no elevator so you had to take stairs, I?m handicapped) there was no water the first day, the breakfast was dry cereal that?s it coffee wasn?t even made, the walls of the pool and hot tub were nasty, no heat lamp working in bathroom,
- The staff seemed like they didn?t want to be bothered. They didn?t even have coffee ready and it was 8:00am.
- Manager was rude and not helpful.
