Not much. The price was right
Clean room, comfortable bed.
Convenience and price when I was tired and needing a place to rest my head.

Cons -

There was a coffee maker no cups. No hair dryer
Ballroom smelled like cigarette smoke
A bit dated but functional. Right on Route 66 and across busy railroad tracks, which I knew about beforehand. A/C blotted out the noise from street and trains. Out of the mainstream of town but several restaurants in walking distance. Depressed city.

The woman hotel owner was very upset that I was there at 1:15 a.m., when she stated (repeatedly) that if I had read the reservation listing I would know that there is not supposed to be any check in after 11:00 pm. She was helpful but rightfully upset.
