Best Western Green Valley Inn

The room was clean.

I was located two doors down from construction that went on until 8 pm. The hallway was sealed off necessitating finding my own way to the lobby, front desk and dining room. Water from the bathroom sink was a trickle, and the brain was clogged.

They are remodeling, but they’re certainly not finished. We were in a remodeled room, but there were so many missing elements that a good hotel would usually have. No hooks for towels, no luggage stand, one little dinky, borrow soap for the sink.

The desk chair needs replacement and the arm chair needs cleaning

Location was good.

The showers did not drain properly. The sleeper sofa's mattress was nothing but wires. There were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper. And the bathrooms had dead roaches.

It was clean, location was perfect for us, the staff accommodating, everything worked, and coffee was readily available.

The hotel is getting old, so they will have to do an update, I would imagine.

Carpet was stained in the room. Either needs deep cleaning or new carpet throughout.

The staff was great. The room was very very clean. The restaurant was excellent and location was very good.

The room was well worn in need of some repair. Bathroom fan wasn't working. The carpeting was in need of replacement.

I?ve been staying at this hotel in GV as it?s the best one in the area however the ice machine is still not replaced for 6 months now since it?s not repairable .

Spent 6 days and never received any housekeeping services even after requested. Two lights were out in the bathroom and the tub would not drain, requested someone to fix but no ever came. Pool out of service for 3 days.

The pool did not have skimmers to clean debris from palm treees. No lounge chairs around pool limited seating no shade either

It was quiet in the hallways at night. The restaurant was good.

People are nice and accommodating. I like the rest and staff and food is good. Like breakfast comes with it

The place has a lot of deferred maintenance. The carpets, dirty or old or worn out or both. The upstairs hallways are pretty dark. My rooms toilet was loose to the floor. The fabric was coming off of the chair at the desk. Just a lot of deferred maintenan

Enjoyed the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Pleasant staff. Clean.

Room needs updating, as it looks kind of worn out. Shower leaked.

I could have used an extra blanket in my room, however i did not request one . I am sure they would have brought one for me

Restaurant is very good. The free b-fast food voucher works for me. We had a room near the back of the hotel, on the first floor. Great room, quiet, loved it.

The breakfast was great as it was a full breakfast and not a continental breakfast

They didn¿t clean the shower as it had black hairs on walls from previous guests. All the trash cans outside the entry doors were overflowing with garbage.
