Comfort Inn

They need to fix some things inbtheir rooms. This olace is looking very run down. Ourcroom had a beat up bench that was all torn up and some holes inbthe wall that needed to repairs. These a very easy fixes.

It was close to our destination

When I called the hotel to book my room the fellow told me to book. Online because I told him it stated the room was $--- and he said it was $---. I wasn't very happy with that,why couldnt he just give it to me for the internet price.

I didn't like being told that there would be a $30 per day charge for a pet. Our 14-year=old, 20 lb. pooch cost us almost $100. She was never left in the room by herself, and she was very well behaved. We will not be back.

Staff was pleasant and helpful

Dificult to locate as set back behind resturant and small sign with only logo, was told all that city allowed .

Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was ready early.

Location

No vending machines and no ice machines. The hot breakfast was a one waffle iron and coffee. Old style very low toilet. Bathroom sink plugged up. Star rating was a little high.

The fan in the bathroom was like a jet engine. The light in the bathroom was delayed and then would blink several times before staying on. There was feces smeared on the wall.

Close to a restaurant and the highway.

Drink machine was out of water.

The location was great. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was much better than we we experienced at the Comfort Inn in Benson.

The room could use some refreshing. Fixtures were old. Bathtub was unusable. Fixtures were old.

Room very comfort. All the furnisher excelent and clean.

The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. The staff was nice, the location was good

It despertely needs remodeling. Queen beds were actually full size. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. was given another room but it had been ransacked;someone tried to steal the tv.Drawers on the floor. 3 Used hot choc cups found in our microwave..gross

Clean, comfortable and easy access to surrounding area.

Breakfast did leave a bit to be desired. Microwaved pre-fried eggs don't quite "cut it".

Management didn't care if lost my room because of flight cancelation due to weather on Texas on the day of trip. Would not refund room . I will not even consider this place or any other hotel of this name .

Cleanliness

They said they were pet friendly and did not let us know up front that there was a pet fee...at the end of our stay we saw on our statement that they had charged us 25 dollars a day for having a small pet!!!

Location was great for birding, exploring SE Arizona

Hot water did not work. Breakfast was not edible and so we went to Starbucks for oatmeal. overall, disappointing.

Room was satisfactory.

Exceptionally rude and unfriendly desk staff. When we arrived we were told we had been booked in. She said we had the keys. Would not believe us. She had left keys on counter. So, another person had a second set of our room keys. No apology either.

fast easy check in , we had a lot of relatives staying there and they were able to put us all at one end of the hallway . it was great .

we had to check out early because my son got sick so I paid for an extra night that I didn't get to use, oh well
